Fergal Fitzgerald is frustrated.

His father, the king, doesn’t take him seriously.
His clan treats him like a child.
And worse, so does Gregor, his tutor and the man Fergal has been in love with for as long as he can remember.

Something’s gotta give.

Fergal decides he’s done being patient. He’s done waiting for Gregor to see him. He’ll take matters into his own hands.

But just when Fergal realizes he might have a chance with Gregor, the unthinkable happens, and he becomes king. Surrounded by enemies and with only Gregor by his side, he has to navigate leading a clan and attending the Dragon Council.

At the Council, everything devolves into chaos, and after an arduous journey, Fergal and Gregor end up with the Hightower Pack and the Doyle Clan. For the first time, Fergal thinks he has a shot at happiness.

Until he’s kidnapped…by the same men who killed his father.

Dragon’s Reveal is the eighth book in the Irresistible Dragons series, an MM/MMM mpreg romance series that needs to be read in order or it won’t make much sense. Please do mind the trigger warnings. The book ends with an HEA between Fergal and Gregor, but the series itself will continue.

REVIEW:

I am finally back with my dragons! This is the spin-off books of the series that changed my views on reading paranormal forever and then had me addicted. First Lidon, the True Alpha, changed my way of thinking about wolf shifters and MPREG. Then Rhene Hightower found and rescued Erwan Doyle, the White Dragon, and Wolves and Dragons became mates. Totally fascinating and kept me on the edge of my seat AGAIN!

King Fergal is missing. And so is Duff Bás! And it’s all Gregor’s fault! If he could have had the courage to finally tell Fergal his whole truth they they would still be together. But there is so much his young lover didn’t know and it was wrong to tell him he loved him until it was all out in the open. But there lay the problem…because when he does share his whole truth Fergal will have nothing to do with him. Even if they now know that they are FATED MATES!!!

If I’m honest, I wasn’t sure, after all this time waiting to hear about the True Doyle Clan and the Hightower Pack, that I even wanted to go down this detour. Thankfully I found that it all lead back to the present. And a lot of things were finally brought to light and explained. And those Murphy’s!!!! GRRR! Add them to Cladhaire and Baoth and there can only be evil present. That and disturbing black magic! Thankfully we got Rhene back quickly. And I was intrigued about the whole Duff the Dragon Slayer story. All in all, I felt it was a good addition even though my allegiance is to the True Alpha and the White Dragon and their clans/packs.

I do hope, in the last book coming,  we discover how King Fergal and Gregor’s mating is received by his clan and the fact that that they are indeed Fated Mates like Rhene and Erwan. I need them to be openly accepted. But I need a lot more wrapped up before I have to leave this universe!!! There was talk of the Hightower pack having grown too large? Will some be breaking off to form a new adjacent pack? Will so be going back with Fergal and Gregor? Inquiring minds need to know!!!
