The absolute truth is…I love Minerva Howe’s Paranormals!!! Absolutely love them. Whether it’s her dragons, her wolves, her Alpha/omegas that produce sweet babies in the very fertile valley of Secret Springs, or now her new bear bikers….I love them all. So, of course I jumped on this book and now I need all the Alpha Grizzly Bear Price brother’s stories with the Chamsy omega brothers! STAT!!!!
Black Bear Omega shifter Nolan Chamsy is on the run escaping from the awful Alpha that his parents arranged for him to be with. His brother Race is an Omega rescuer and has a safe place for him once he gets to his place. Exhausted and famished, he thinks it’s some kind of joke on him that he’s standing outside what is obviously a shifter biker bar called The Hogg. But inside he is relieved that it’s the right place and these guys seem to follow along with Race on Omega rights and protection. Grizzly Bear Alpha shifter Ryder Price has a good life with his two brothers. The own a sweet bike garage and a fantastic place that they all live on. And they occasionally help out their good friend Race Chamsy on his Omega rescues. They are very firmly into protecting innocent omegas from abusive and horrible alphas. But Ryder is itchy. He is ready to settle down with his own mate. When Nolan shuffles into The Hogg he knows two things: this omega is exhausted and fleeing something bad…and he’s his fated mate! One sniff seals it and that touch that was all electricity zapping him was the frosting on the cake! But how can he let the poor omega know?
I loved how patient and understanding that Ryder was even though he was burning up with need for his newly discovered mate. He is trustworthy and honorable. And he believes totally that consent is mandatory in an Alpha/Omega relationship. He is the perfect fated mate for the abused Nolan. Herschel was such a scum bag and didn’t deserve the sweet little black bear. It was a perfect scenario when they decided enough was enough and they took him down once and for all. Nolan doesn’t have to worry anymore about the nasty alpha. Race and his organization will definitely take care of him and Herschel’s group.
This is a great start to what promises to be a fantastic new series. The Alphas are hot and protective of omegas. And the Omega brothers are perfect for these Alpha brothers. Thankfully both Ryder and Nolan got on the same wavelength quickly. Poor Con and Race seem to be a bit more resistant. At least Race is. I think Con will be all in! And I’m eager to find out about the long lost oldest brother of Nolan and Race and if all three brothers have found their mates with the Chamsy boys! Huge thumbs up from me! 👍
