He’s even managed to snag the attention of the most popular alpha at school. But it’s the alpha’s dad that shows Cody how an omega is supposed to be loved.
Ethan can’t remember the last time anyone has caught his interest. The last thing he needs is to get involved with his alpha son’s neglected omega.
When everyone Cody is counting on fails him, he finds comfort in the most unexpected place. The more Cody gets to know Ethan, he falls a little bit more in love, but how can a relationship work between them when the baby Cody’s having is Ethan’s son’s?
Not His Omega to Love is a complete sweet, slow-burn non-shifter mpreg romance with no cliffhanger. It is set in a contemporary world and may contain triggers. A sequel His Omega to Cherish will be published about this couple.
REVIEW:
I absolutely love Gianni Holmes books and this new series is so special.
Nerdy, and soon-to-be class Valedictorian, Cody Gooden is dating football star Reggie Finch. Reggie is a major player and virgin Cody, although very bright, is no match for the suave and popular boy. When Reggie convinces the virgin that sex the first time would be easier on him if they forego condoms he follows his ill-advised lead. But dire consequences result from being so cavalier and reckless.
The fact that Ethan fell so hard for his son’s ex is no surprise to anyone. First off…Cody is so sweet and irresistible that Ethan didn’t stand a chance. He saw all the good in this wonderful boy that was way too good for his son. And Ethan (swoon) was the responsible one that truly stepped up for Cody in his time of true need. And Cody falling for the handsome and caring Ethan was inevitable. Especially when his parents, who were all about appearances and social standing over love and acceptance, literally threw their outstanding son to the curb because he made a mistake. I just don’t get people like that and they have absolutely no right calling themselves parents.
I did love how Cody’s friends rallied around him and how Reggie too took Cody seriously as his family member in the end. They loved him regardless of his major mistake and stood by his side. And I loved that Ethan’s friends not only supported his decision but embraced Cody into their circle. And Sal giving Cody the push he knew he needed to give to see his best friend happy was perfect.
When I got towards the end I was dreading it because these guys grabbed hold of me and I didn’t want to let them go. I was beyond thrilled that the author has decided to continue their story. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in this wonderful series.
