BLURB:
What happens when the man you’ve fantasized about for almost a decade reappears in your small town?
For Oliver Flaherty, it’s the inability to formulate coherent sentences, utterly humiliating behavior, and loads of nausea. Sam Anderson has finally returned, with his sculpted biceps, rock-hard abs, and supermodel DNA. Oliver can’t cope. But he has to because he’s a professional.
Sam is back for one reason only: to sell his aunt’s house. But the Realtor hired by her trust is the same person who rejected him all those years ago. Except, had Oliver really turned him down or had Sam read the entire situation wrong? He can’t recall now because there’s still a sizzle in the air when Oliver is around.
Between a handful of mishaps, decades of accumulated clutter, and enough tension to light up the night sky, Sam and Oliver will have to decide if the spark between them is enough to power through a second chance at a first love.
A Spark of Love is a low-spice, friends-to-lovers, MM romance.
REVIEW:
Sam works as a handyman in a retirement/senior living facility in Madison Wisconsin. He went their to school and never has been back. His aunt has passed away and left him the house that he spent is happy summers at. Oliver, his best friend, stayed there. An awkward situation and an ill-timed kiss made Sam basically run away. He’s not excited to go back and to the small town now, but needs must.
Oliver was hurt that Sam basically ghosted him. He’s stayed in River Birch and has worked with his family in the real estate business. His father is a jerk who is looking to make money. And that
