It’s that time of year again people. The time where we, the voracious and obsessive readers of LGBTQ romance, look back and reflect on what an amazing year of books it’s been. If you’re anything like us then you’re already compiling your 2019 “To Read” list, but first, let’s share some of our favourite books from the year just gone.

Blaze (Unbreakable Bonds #5) by Jocelynn Drake & Rinda Elliott
What is not to love about this book and this series? I have re read the complete series in preparation for this release and I loved it. There isn’t anything that I don’t love about this series and these men in it. Blaze was no exception, it is fabulous.
Breaking the Rules series by Jacki James
Wonderful series by a new for me author. What a debut to come out with a series like this.
Haven’s Cove series by Jaclyn Quinn
Another debut author for me and what a fabulous series. Wonderful characters, I adore all the men and wonderful to have Jonah’s story in book 3.
Delta Force – Team Panther series by Annabella Stone
OMG can I just say OMG this series. I fell head over heals for this series. For me it pushed all my button. Little note of thanks to the author, who is beyond kind because knowing we don’t have kindle unlimited here in the Netherlands she offered me the books long before we reviewed them. <3
Irresistible Omegas series by Nora Phoenix
Ooh boy I would never have thought I could seriously get so involved in a moresome and omegas/alphas like I did because of this series. I know that it made me read a lot more of this kind of book after reading this 😉 Beyond hot and sexy, and let me just mention I could have listed all books that from this series because they are all fabulous.
Second Wind by Aimee Nicole Walker
Wow can I just say Wow! This is like everything you can ever ask for in a book. Fabulous characters, great story, sexy , lovely etc
Funny detail is that this is so not my trope hence my surprise it turned out to be one of the best books I have read this year.
(ps I could also list Aimee’s Road to Blissville releases as favorites 😉 )
Nothing Special VI (S.W.A.T. Edition): His Hart’s Command by A.E. Via
The long awated new release in this more then amazing series. I have to say I also loved the Promises : Next Generation (Bounty Hunters 5) release that came in 2018 with the next Generation featured so for me it was a wonderful year. I am delighted that AE has found a way to hit a complete new series option with this Nothing Special book as it provides us a whole new set of amazing man to partner up incl the comfort and excitement of God Day and the rest of the men on top of it !!
Tangled Up in You by Jaclyn Osborn
One of the best Second Chance romances this year and not as in old age, with a beautiful cover for that matter.
Sanctuary Found (Pelican Bay #2) by Sloane Kennedy
One of my favorite authors and boy she just doesn’t disappoint. This book is so incredible good. One hell of an Enemy to Lover’s story, opposites attract, comfort and angst, hotness and lets not forget amazing story telling by the author.
Face the Music (Replay #1) by K.M. Neuhold
Just quoting what I posted when I read this book: Being honest and loving the other series by Miss Neuhold I was like I want a new one there or in her collab with author Nora Phoenix.
But I take my words back! This is so freaking good
I wanted more the minute I finished it! ( ps book 2 is just as good! )
Fake Boyfriend series by Eden Finley
Great Series.
Only Colorado series by JD Chambers
Last one is Only Love You, which is Ben. His story and is more than worth everything. First book is from Dec 2017 but hey, who cares 😀 Check out this series it is very much worth it.

Great list! I see I’m behind on a series or two. I have so many of these on my TBR or Kindle waiting for me to read.
All of these are on my TBR, except the Fake Boyfriend series and Sanctuary Found, which I read and loved.
These are all new to me, very fun!

Thanks for sharing your favs, Danielle. I don’t know most of these books, but I’ve seen the Fake Boyfriends series mentioned a lot lately, so I bought the first book (just have to read it some time xD). I think I’ll also try Nora Phoenix.
