REVIEW:

Well lets first start with telling you that I read this series one right after the other including this new release and I got hooked on the men of Heathens Ink big time! I am so happy to have finally managed to read this series.

That being said, this novella is indeed not a standalone. The other books can be read as standalone’s but I would strongly suggest you start at the beginning. Everything that is wonderful in this series is due to the connection between all the characters, not just the one main couple that is featured in each book.

Back to this novella, I have to say I was delighted to see all these men and Dani in this book. It is incredible to catch up with them and to finally see them in their own HEA.

I enjoyed reading this and rushed through it smiling and fanning myself. Why fanning? Because this novella is very erotic, perhaps even a bit too much? There is a lot of sex and coming from me that means like A LOT  trust me.

Of course there are different couples so each has their own part but I noticed that what I loved best about this book was the connection between the guys. The times they spend together, the fun and laughter and especially the love between all of them.

It makes me so anxious and curious for more. I so want to read Owen’s story and I don’t deny that I hope it will be with Liam. I also want to see Dani get her deserved happy ending and I hope it will be with her childhood friend. We get introduced to him in this novella and I’d like another man added to it as I am okay with an MMF but not particularly fond of having an M/F one thrown into the mix. (that is absolute personal preference obviously). And what about Clay and Beau? They sure deserve their happy ending and the little hint in the bonus chapter promises to be good 🙂

Overall I can say that author K.M. Neuhold gave her Heathens Ink fans a great. sexy, erotic novella with all her beloved characters and also spiked my curiosity for more. I hope Miss Neuhold can write fast 😉
