Sundays are for sleeping. That’s why they both begin with “S”. ?

Sunday’s are for relaxing (if we can get all our errands done on Saturday), a lazy brunch and if the weather is nice a long walk followed by time to read that next book on my TBR list.

I spend some time on Sunday reading, sometimes take a nap, then usually watch some NetFlix. I like to take it easy on Sundays.

Happy Sunday! I usually just relax at home, try to cook enough for the whole week (and often fail), and read, of course. 🙂

I used to be a nurse and Sunday was a normal work day, sometimes 12 hour days other times 12 hour nights. But these days I’m retired, so Sunday is chill time sometimes with family, other times out in the garden, but always making time for reading.
    Another great prize list. Today.

I like to relax on Sunday, do some reading and during the warm months some swimming. We also sometimes get together with friends for lunch. It’s also laundry day, which isn’t so much fun but can be done in between other stuff.

Sundays are kinda stressful as I’m getting ready for the work week. If I have to travel then it’s making sure the right laundry is done, the travel essentials have been topped up and the bad is packed. If I’m not traveling, then it’s a much easier day. Many times it’s when I have the chance to mow the lawn, take care of the yard work, get all the stuff done around the house that needs to be done but at a more leisurely pace than if I have to be out of the house at 4:00 a.m. 😛

My family used to have lunch every Sunday at my grandma’s house, but sadly that tradition came to an end after she passed away. Lots of great memories. 🙂 Today was spent mowing the yard and enjoying the beautiful weather. Tonight will be TV time…Game of Thrones, Veep, Silicon Valley, and Fear the Walking Dead. Can’t wait!!! Hopefully get some reading time in before bed(I’m a night owl). 🙂

I call my mom every Sunday and put fresh sheets on the beds. Then I crawl in and read until I slip into a nap. (I try to emulate a cat lying in a sun spot.) More great prizes! Thanks for thinking of us.

Sunday morning and afternoon are for chilling out w/ my SO. Sunday evening once the rest of the household is peaceful, is my time to do prep for the week, for my family and my 16 rescued cats. When I’m caught up, I spend time reading and checking GoodReads groups and updates threads.
