A funny thing happened on the way to the murder scene… I needed victims.
Now skip this part if you’ve heard it before but see, it’s hard to be a serial killer without victims. And if there’s one thing I do like writing, it is murder.
For the introduction of Rook and Dante in Murder and Mayhem, I wanted to do something different so I reached out to my fellow authors and asked; Can I murder you?
Everyone I reached out to said yes. Some were reluctant, some were enthusiastic but mostly there was a tingle of impending doom because really, nothing says I love you like a particularly well planned murder—especially if it’s yours.
The authors I’m killing off on this tour are some of my favourites. I could kill everyone I like. Sadly, I wouldn’t have enough time and I do have to move on to other murders, other books. But I’ve gathered a few… and best of all, like in some of the better mysteries in life, there is a plot twist.

I came across Angel’s writing a while ago and I don’t think I’ve ever truly expressed how much I love every damned thing I’ve read. A strong voice and powerful imagination, Angel dishes it up with the best of them. Absolutely great damned writer.

Oh Poppy. I adore Poppy. Now to be fair, I’ve co-authored a book with her and had so much damned fun. That’s pretty much indicative of every thing she writes. It’s fun, a bit quirky but most of all, hot. Kind of like the woman herself. So much adore!

Oh no, dressed as a clown our killer fired poor Poppy from a cannon, maybe the killed messed with the safety catch net and perhaps Angel also met a similiar fate at the circus, as she given faulty wings for her high wire act that melted like Icarus’s when she floated away to near to the sun?

Ack! I do enjoy discovering which methods are used for the murders – they are clever and somehow remain cute despite the killing. I’m looking forward to seeing what form the other deaths will take. 😉
