A driven submissive. A dominant with history.
He enters the leather contest world to prove he’s more than a pretty face—and learns what it really means to kneel.
Jesse Reed has the body, the charm, and a stable life—but something’s missing. When he meets Grant Morgan—an older Dom with a sharp eye and a steady hand—Jesse begins to understand what he truly craves: structure, discipline, and the safety of surrender.
Grant doesn’t just flirt—he sees Jesse, and starts to mentor him, hard. Through ritual, obedience, and careful training, Jesse begins to understand what it means to serve. His hunger sharpens into ambition. He wants more than the role of a good boy—he wants to earn his place, his leather, his collar.
That drive leads him into the world of leather contests—first in Los Angeles, then on a international stage. The spotlight demands more than a good sub. Jesse must prove himself in jockstraps and formal leather, under the gaze of judges who won’t pull punches. In New York, the tone shifts: the East Coast scene is more political, less forgiving.
Jesse must learn to stand on his own—not just as a contestant, but as a leatherboy. To find strength in submission. To speak with conviction. And to decide whether this journey is about pleasing a man—or becoming a better one.
Leather Forever: Taking the Title is a bold, character-driven erotic novel about submission, identity, and the cost of being seen. Raw, restrained, and unapologetically kinky.
REVIEW:
This is the debut novel of Pete Fitz former Mr LA Leather. It is about the world of leather, protocol, submission and dominance A story where the main character whilst discovering what it means to be a leather man discovers himself along the way as he competes to become Mr World Leather.
Jesse Reed is a successful chiropractor who has a good life but he knows he is looking for something, to make him whole, but he isn’t sure what. Until he walks into a Leather Bar and meets Grant Morgan an experienced but commitment phobic Dom. With Grants guidance Jesse starts his journey of self-discovery.
Grant Morgan isn’t looking for any one special and is trying to keep his heart locked away. He is scared to unlock it even for his new leatherboy. But Jesse’s devoted submission and service is gradually changing his mind.
I really enjoyed this book. Peter’s writing style is exactly what I like. It is clear and easily understood like a good Dom’s instructions. It isn’t flowery or artistic and he describes people and their thoughts in a way where you feel like you are getting to know and understand them. The intimacy between Jesse and Grant is written in a way where I was holding my breath (in a good way). The sex scenes in here were shorter but yet in my opinion far more erotic than many books.
There are some really interesting side characters in this book, with characters being the emphasis. Mr Michael, the drunk older than time leather man who has seen it all and to much. Daddy Durk in his leather uniform, old school, and cantankerous that no one likes him and lollipop boy amongst others. Talking of lollipop boy please tell me he is in the next book. I really want to know what happens to him after his final scene in this book.
If you like erotic books about domination, submission, self-discovery written in a confident because they have experienced it way then you should read this book.
