REVIEW:
If you’re in the mood for a story that’s more or less porn rather than erotica, (if you’re unsure if the difference read this book) with underdeveloped characters, in particular the secondary character who I don’t recall having a single line of speech, and next to no world building, look no further.
I’m rather partial to the occasional short, erotic read. But when I pick up such a book it is to be stimulated rather than repelled. I personally find nothing erotic about terms such as; red swollen gash, twat, fanny (UK for vagina), and sodden quim. Comparing lapping up a woman’s juices to a dog licking a bowl bordered on being creepy, to me.
This book is set in the future but other than being able to dial up a ten-inch dildo while in the shower, it could’ve been set in any year.
The entire time I was reading I couldn’t help but thinking this is lesbian erotica written by a man for men. The ending validated those feelings.
I wanted to rate this book higher, but I didn’t find much to like about it. Take this review for what it is, one person’s reading experience. Others may very well enjoy it, so please don’t write it off simply because it didn’t work for me.
