BLURB:

They call it The Den—where alphas and omegas give in to our baser instincts, stripping away etiquette and inhibitions in a haze of raw heat, slick, and sweat. It’s a place where masks provide anonymity, and we can unleash our primal urges.

I show up on a whim, drawn by the boring monotony of my life. I need something, someone, to make me feel alive again, if only for a little while.
The moment I catch a whiff of him, I’m a goner. He smells like the best dessert—sweet, intoxicating, and irresistible. Every piece of me aches to hunt him, to chase him, to claim him. To discover if he tastes as good as he smells.

But some omegas don’t want to be claimed. Especially when the one I chose, the one who smells like crème brûlée and mine, turns out to be my supervisor at work.
I know I should walk away. That he doesn’t want an alpha. But he makes me feel alive like nothing else ever has. And surrendering to our instincts feels like the only mistake worth making.

REVIEW:

The Den, a tavern in the forest, hosts an event, the Heat Hunt. It’s where Alphas hunt Omegas in heat, where Omegas can let Alphas fuck them into oblivion, all with consent. It’s anonymous, they all wear masks.

When Glenn smells the petite male omega, he knows he’s his. His scent is nothing he has ever smelled, and his eyes are extraordinarily. They have the best heat and have an instant connection. Glenn wants more with this omega, only to wake up the next morning and the omega is gone.
He’s quite disappointed, and can’t get the omega out of his head

Omega Arbor starts his new job supervising a construction site. He has to stand tall among all the big alphas. One alpha is quite particular, why is he looking at him this way?
Glenn can’t believe his eyes, the omega from the Heat Hunt is his new boss, he found him. But Arbor is distant and rude.
Wait until Arbor understands Glenn is his alpha from the hunt.

I could tell how it goes but that would take away the awesomeness.
I’ll pick a few things about the course. It’s a very entertainingly written omegaverse story. It has delicious spicy scenes, and a stubborn omega who tries to resist his protective alpha and hurt him on the way.

Glenn comes from a large family, and we can enjoy the interactions, everything is wonderfully executed. Arbon’s background is more mysterious, there’s a promise that we will learn more about it in the future. We meet many other characters; I’d love to see more from them.
While a lot is going on from different angles it’s organized and clear, and mostly fun. I loved Glenn and Arbon and the way they ended up together! We can enjoy both their pov’s.
The author created an interesting and attractive omegaverse world, I enjoyed it all very much.
