REVIEW:

This story has everything you could wish for in a childhood-friend-to-lovers tale set in a wonderfully crafted fantasy world.
Wren is a shepherd and best friends with fae prince Elior. Both are from different realms. They can only meet in the summer because Elior would die from the cold.

Their friendship goes deep. When they become young men, their mothers plan their future.
Elior has to marry King Winter, all for political reasons, and Wren was advised to marry a strong woman.
They can’t, they just can’t. They want to be together, forever, they feel the bond between them and will not break it. So they made their own plan.

It’s a wonderful story, full of events, a slow burn, super intense, all the firsts, lots of pining, and sexy af!
The fantasy environments are so well crafted (as always).
Wren and Elior are strongly bonded, it was palpable throughout the whole story, they were the best.
Overall, it was a well-written, sweet friends-to-lovers story
