REVIEW:

This was a tough one but so good! But make sure that you have tissues ready.

Romy hasn’t had it easy. As a matter of fact, until he escaped his captors, his life was extremely cruel and he was constantly tortured for fun. Being a rare rhino shifter made them experiment on him as they developed their evil plans for shifter domination that he and his genetic makeup was the key to. But it was disgusting  Raul, who smelled of rot and decay, that took it way too many steps too far. But his escape and rescue landed him with the Enforcer Bash and those two sweet baby rhinos. Bash knew that he would willingly lay his life on the line for his new found  fated mate Romy and those sweet rhino babies. And if either of the two missing counsel members had any say he would already be dead and their captives back in their evil possession for more testing and torture.

Oh my goodness gracious! This one almost brought me to my knees in tears. How can anyone could ever be so savage and evil. But experimenting on children that have been kidnapped and then go too far. I have no words for what something (because evil that despicable is no longer human) that horrific beast deserves. Raul deserved a much more tortuous and painful death for all the pain and torture that he sadistically brought on Romy and all those other children.

These two men are both strong and heroic in my humble opinion. I know that Bash stands out for being a hero but Romy’s courage to go back and face what he survived brought me to tears. The phycological torture of returning there so that they could hopefully end those two rogue counselors and return the counsel to civility an justice showed how truly brave he was.

I can’t wait for Arlo and Taggart’s story next. I love that we have Cosmo and his two men still involved but those three Littles…Cosmo/Romy/Taggert, are going to lead the way and they will have their Daddiesat their backs  to protect them.

This is a great series that I highly recommend you start at the beginning.
