“His Daddy Omega” is book five in the Sweet Alps Mates series and can be read as a standalone,but your reading pleasure may be enhanced by having read book four. While it is not necessary to have read the previous books, some readers find it more enjoyable since a few favorite characters make appearances. This book contains fated mates, opposites attract, Daddy/little (no ABDL), size difference, shifters, knotting, Mpreg, a shy bear with an alpha heart, and an overly assertive cheetah who likes to top from the bottom. TW: Discussions of loss of a parent, survivor parent alienation, and bullying. All actual events take place off page, but please be aware if these may trigger you.

Gabe Carmichael knows that what he longs for is pretty unrealistic. All his friends have found their perfect fated mates and are living their fabulous lives. Lives to be jealous of if he was being honest with himself. But they are all omegas that found their big, strong alphas not a big, burly Kodiak Alpha bear shifter that identifies as a little in search of his very own Daddy! That’s just a pipe dream. Even when the perfect Omega Daddy is presented to him, and Mate comes screaming at him from his bear, at the most unfortunate time, he just knows it’s some bitter joke from the Goddess! An omega can’t possible want what he wants…or can he???

I have been waiting and hoping that we would get Gabe’s story. He has been a constant since Wade drug him along with him on his merry band of musketeer’s adventures. He was firmly cemented into their group. And when Wade demands his way you just have to learn to grab on and go with the flow because that Bratty Omega will always get his way! Having the Pediatrician doctor, that also catered to the Little’s needs from Jamie’s club, was the perfect match up for the omega’s bestie Gabey Bear. Although having to have Gabe shot protecting Matthew, Jamie’s unknown son was hard to witness, the care that Daddy Asher provided was sweet, touching and the perfect choice for our sweet bear.

This was a bit hard for me to read as I knew it marked the ending of the Sweet Alps Mates and the Sinclair quintuplets. Yes, we are promised more stories based in Sweet Alps. And yes, I assume that we will have cameo appearances by the gang. But it will be different. I have been on this ride from the very beginning. When a brand new author asked if anyone would take a chance and review her first book and I took that chance. And I’m so thankful I did. This group have wormed their way into my heart and became real to me. From Lachlan Sinclair stumbling into the Sweet Spot and connecting with his true mate in the Sassy Omega Quinn. To the bitter coupling of OB-GYN Dr. Finn Sinclair and his Bratty Omega Wade that finally (thank goodness) resolved. We next got to know Daddy Brendan Sinclair and his Precious Omega Ryan. Then we got the true story of Kink Club owner Jamie Sinclair and his Dangerous Omega Sebastian. And thankfully we ended with all the omega’s favorite little Gabe Carmichael and his Daddy Omega Dr. Asher Pierce. We got to see all the Musketeers find and fall in love with their Fated Mates. I just want to stop by the Sweet Spot and try the Better-than-Sex brownies. I want to go visit Sinful Playgrounds and experience all it has to offer. I want to go to Sinclair’s Department Store and shop. I want to be invited to Mary’s for one of the big celebrations. And I don’t want to leave this quaint little universe that author Raiven Matthews has lured me into and never leave because it did become real-to-me. So yes, it was hard to read this amazing book knowing that I was coming to an end to the total experience with Wade and his buddies. So I savored each and every word. And yes I’m thankful to have been included on this wild ride.

I have to say that it is really recommended that you read this amazing series in order and that this book parallels Jamie and Sebastian’s book His Dangerous Omega completely. Although I’m sad that the Quints and their mate’s stories are seeming to coming to a conclusion I can always hope 🤞 that some special novellas of events in their lives, like birthdays and holidays, may possibly grace us in the future. This is an absolute treasure of a series and I’m so thankful I got to come along on their adventures 💕
