ROBERTA
The Fog City Series by Layla Reyne
I put these three books together as they are a trilogy and I have to say, that Layla Reyne seems to be one of my one-click buys…I NEVER not LOVE her stories and this trilogy is up there…the action and twists and turns and the romance…Layla does it so well.
Not Another Statistic (A Yuri Sorenson Mystery) by J.M. Dabney
This is the first book in a new series and this book 1 in the series. This book had some great action as well as some Daddy/boy dynamics and yet, the characters are what truly drives this story further. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
Mastering the Flames (The Beacon Hill Sorcerer #4) by SJ Himes
This book…Isaac and Constantine…Oh Hell Yeah….this book was TOTALLY worth the wait. I’ve read this book at least 5 times since I bought it. I can’t get enough of these two characters. We’ve been along for the ride of their slow-burn romance and I have to say…so worth the wait. Now…Daniel & Rory!!!
The Hitman’s Guide (Books #1 and #2) by Alice Winters
Ok…this series has me laughing ALL of the Time!! Leland is so freaking funny and yet, I just can’t stop loving him. He makes me laugh and yet, he’s this sweetheart of a guy…for Jackson anyway. Jackson…I love that he just can’t help himself with Leland…that he just loves him and wants to spend the rest of their lives together…Oh…And Solve Crimes.
The Prince and His Bedeviled Bodyguard (Paranormal Princes #1) by Charlie Cochet
Oh My Lanta….this book just made me smile and giggle. I love Owin & Grimmwolf…these two were so darn cute together…just see…you won’t regret it.
Kept in the Dark (Locke and Keyes Agency #1) by Charlie Cochet
Yeah, another book by Charlie….I can’t help it…she writes some AMAZING stories that I just can’t help falling in love with and some good action/adventure. The sparks they fly as well as some AWESOME Banter…as usual…Charlie knocked it out of the park in this intro to a new series…can’t wait for more.
Exit Strategy Series (Books #1 and #2) by Jocelynn Drake
Yeah, I remember reading the first book in the series and couldn’t BELIEVE what I had just read…that this story kept me from being productive because All I could do was read and see how the book ended and when it did…my heart hurt…I needed my guys back together…and back together they are…this is a beautiful series and I enjoyed (and maybe had my heart hurt a bit)…but I wouldn’t change a thing.
Jon’s Mysteries Series by AJ Sherwood
Oh My Lanta…I just happened to pick up the first book in the series on a whim one day and once I started reading…I was unfairly angry with the people that I see on the day to day (ya know…co-workers) as they and work stood in the way of me finishing this book and seeing how Jon and Donovan. So much snark and romance and it’s a slow-ish burn. I Loved EVERYTHING about this books.
No Quick Fix (Torus Intercession #1) by Mary Calmes
Ok, I’m not even gonna lie…Mary is My LADY!! I’ve been reading her books for years and I ALWAYS Know that I’m in for a good time. This book…this book…I got all the feels. I don’t even know if I can explain why I Absolutely Love this book. I love the story of this man who comes in and helps this dad and his 2 girls and just…falls in love…they ALL Fall In Love and it’s just so damn beautiful and makes my heart happy…I’m waiting not really that patiently for the next book in the series…hell or any book that she wants to put out…I’m HERE, Mary…I’m Here!!!
Why We Fight (At First Sight #4) by TJ Klune
So, this is the end of the At First Sight series and Corey/Kori took us HOME!! I Love TJ’s books because even with all the funny, snarky things going on…you still get such quality storytelling and you don’t want it to end!! Corey/Kori’s story was so beautiful and so damn lovely and funny…that I read it in a couple of hours and then went back and read it again….slowly. I was so sad to see these characters go, but I was happy with were they’ve ended up. It was truly a lovely ending to these guys get their HEA’s.
Thank you so much!
