Hello again! I’m Lou Sylvre, making my monthly appearance on the delightful Love Bytes site. Thanks, Love Bytes for having me. Welcome to you blog readers and thanks for being here. This month I have some news about the Vasquez Security-The Next Generation series, and appropriately I’m giving away a copy of A Shot of J&B, which was the first book in the series. I also want to give you the “hop” news, in case you haven’t heard.

So what’s the book news? Two more books lined up for the series!
*Book Two, Blackmail and Roses, continues Jackie and Brian’s story as well as giving Jesse Douglas—who was introduced in Saving Sonny James—a prominent secondary role. It should hit the virtual shelves around May 2017.
*Book Three, Jesse’s Way gives Luki’s only old flame (from long before Sonny entered the picture) his own love story (and yes, and features a romantic mystery.

You might have questions…
Q: What happened to A Cup of Kindness, which I’d posted about in a few places shortly after A Shot of J&B was released
A: I hope to convince my publisher to release it in a free short story version around December or January. I have no idea yet whether this can happen. Let me know in your comments here if it’s something you’d like to see happen.
Q: Why so far in the future for the book publication dates?
A: Um… I’ve only just (in the last several months) defeated some life hurdles, and now I’m writing as fast as I can.
Q: Will Luki and Sonny be back?
A: Supportive guys, those two. So yeah, they get cameos and hover in the background, while the other guys get to be hot, sexy, and sometimes badass on screen.

Now for an unrelated but important piece of news:
Remember HAHAT? Well, it’s back, starts May 17, ten days from now, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, aka IDAHOT. But, the hop is transformed this year into the Hop for Visibility, Awareness, and Equality—positive and inclusive. Cool.
