Certain visitors to Love Bytes (LB) choose to interact with LB and its guests in ways that require the site to gather information. The amount and type of information that Love Bytes gathers depends on the nature of the interaction: for example, when we ask visitors who comment on our blog for the purpose of entering a giveaway to provide an email address. Those who are contacting LB for professional reasons (i.e. a Request for Review, a Guest Spot Request, or to purchase Advertising) may be asked to provide further information pursuant to the request.

Those who wish to receive site updates via email are welcome to register to do so, but it is not a requirement of participating in the site. In each case, Love Bytes collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with LB. Information such as user names, email addresses, and IP addresses are, however, stored by the WordPress platform when a comment is posted. When entering giveaways, your email address will be collected for the purpose of, and only for the purpose of, winner notification and prize delivery by the author, the author’s designated representative, or Love Bytes
• Love Bytes will never, under any circumstances, share your name or email address without your consent*.
• Love Bytes will never, under any circumstances, share your name or email address with third parties in exchange for goods, services, or for monetary gain.
• LB uses the Google Analytics service to track website traffic, which may use cookies*.
• LB uses third party plugins* in the day-to-day operation of the site, including all Contact Forms. As such, the developers of those plugins may collect and store information of users and commenters.

The sidebar advertising is an agreement entered into between the participating author and Love Bytes, and as such no user/visitor information is gathered for the purpose of targeting or customizing those ads.
