For Chuck, Tae was his entire world, and the fact they occasionally worked together just made their relationship even more perfect. But something was bothering his sweet boy, and being the natural caretaker he was, Chuck longed to fix it.
But even Tae couldn’t figure out what it was, so how could his daddy help him?
Tae had no issues painting murals for his little friends’ playrooms, but for his own, he was lost. He’d sit for hours in the empty space, his thoughts wandering through a kaleidoscope of ideas yet never landing on just the right one.
And Daddy had worked so hard, painting his room a color that was the perfect canvas to display his art on, but Tae kept coming up empty. Lost and desperate for his own space, those four walls tormented him, and he felt his gift was out of reach.
What will it take for Tae to finally let go and achieve that sense of peace he felt while painting murals for others? And what was it about this room that caused his mind to go…blank?
Sheesh, some artist he was…
Daddy’s Little Artist is part of The Lactin Brotherhood series about men who naturally lactate and the guys who need them. In this standalone, you’ll get a sweet and sexy story that brings together a sexy Daddy and an adorable and loving Little.
REVIEW:
I love when we get the story of a side character/s that we got to meet in a previous book. It’s even more special when they are an established couple that let us in to their world.
Tae has the bestest Daddy. A Daddy that loves him completely. A Daddy had made it possible for his older brother Oscar (Oscar works for Chuck) to care for him and his youngest brother Samian after their beloved grandmother passed. And after that unfortunate juvie experience, Chuck not only gave Tae a job but then became his Daddy. Almost four years later, Chuck is ready for the next step in his and Tae’s relationship, but is Daddy’s Little Artist ready? And what is up with Tae’s artist block for his new playroom?
Daddy’s Little Dreamer first introduced us to Chuck and Tae. Chuck was the contractor on Jayger’s birthday present for his boy Trevor, the beautiful farm/bee themed playroom. And it also introduced us to his very talented boy Tae, who created the the wall’s masterpiece. Now Tae is in great demand to paint all the new murals in the new playrooms of his friends. So when Chuck gifted his own boy his very own special place, he was shocked at the problem it created.
Daddy’s Little Dreamer also introduced me to a whole new sub-genre in the age regression genre…male lactation. Daddy’s Little Artist follows another relationship where it is a key part of their relationship and daily routines. Tae’s nursing from his Daddy helps ease his Daddy’s lactation situation. It also serves a duo purpose of unwinding his boy from his stress so that they both get a good night’s rest. Tae has fully embraced his Daddy’s milk production and only drinks Daddy milky, whether directly or from a bottle that Chuck expressed.
I loved that Tae’s brothers have been not only been accepted but have become a key part of Chuck and his Mom’s family. And they all support and encourage each other. Their surprise Christmas gift from all of them to Mom was particularly touching and heartwarming. Those are all her boys, either blood or found.
I also love that Author TL Travis finds a way to enlighten her readers on the joys and needs of adopting rescue animals when possible. The Feline Sanctuary Rescue was the perfect addition to remind readers of that option. Plus the need for volunteers and donations, whether monetary or much needed supplies, to keep a place like this open.
I am really loving this new series and can’t wait for more from this family. I especially enjoyed that Chuck finally called Oscar out and told him he could trust him to talk about Trey. I am hoping we get their story soon. And possibly Samian’s because I think there is a good one coming about him too!
