REVIEW:
Trevor is on his own for the holidays. He’s a bit sad and his boss at the retail outlet he works in takes him out after his shift. She seems able to read his mind with both a perfect drink and meal. She’s worried about him and when he unloads his woes – his family, trying to finish his degree, his latest “handler” at the kink club getting back with his ex. Well it’s a lot. She makes a decision and hands him a paper with an address with directions to go into the backyard the next day – Christmas Eve. He knows she’s a bit eccentric, but he does it. He meets a delightful man who take him into the woods to get the present. It’s a puppy mask. And what happens next is completely surprising 🙂 And the best thing that’s ever happened to Trevor. I won’t say anything else, because the story should be experienced without any other clues 😉
Oh my goodness! This story is so unexpected! There is an easter egg crossover of another delightful Kim Fielding book 😉 I really don’t want to spoil this story, because it is such a wonderous surprise 🙂 Trevor and Dewey are the absolute sweetest most perfect couple! I absolutely loved every second. Martha T is a delight 😉 What a wonderful holiday story with a fabulous happy ending.
