Ronen Sinclair

As the town librarian, I loved books, quiet spaces, and order. What I didn’t love? The incessantly flirty town sheriff, who constantly lost my precious library books and thought he could charm me into forgetting it. Mason was an irritant I could do without. I was this close to banning him from my library, when an accident made us realize we were fated mates. No thank you, hard pass. I wasn’t about to let Fate get her way, but she doesn’t like to be denied.

Mason Caldwell

As a hoarder of books, I loved spending time in the library. More than that, I loved flirting with the closed off but very sexy, if not a tad fussy, omega who ran the place with an iron fist. Ronen was surly, short-tempered, and invaded my dreams nightly. After discovering we are fated mates, I’m determined to win him over. When an old enemy rears its ugly head, I’ll burn the town down to get back what is mine.

**Trigger and Content Warning** On page kidnapping of one MC and a side character which culminates in the deaths of a bunch of bad people, who you won’t care about and will probably cheer when they meet their maker. In all seriousness, if any of this may be triggering for you, please use your best judgement when deciding to read this book.

Ronen is the first book of the Sweet Alps Legacy series, a spin-off of Sweet Alps Mates series. While this book is a standalone, please note characters from the first series will stop by to say hi and be involved in shenanigans, but it is not necessary to have read that series first. As such, it is an MM omegaverse, fated mates story with Mpreg, featuring a tightly wound, snarky honey badger omega with a penchant for hidden tattoos, a fire breathing alpha who hoards books, a large loving but meddling family, match-making ghosts, some danger and excitement, and an HEA.

REVIEW:

Wow! What a way to start off the next generation of the Sinclair family!

Ronen is the youngest of the Sinclair Quads offspring. He may have been born only a day after Sammi but that still makes him the baby of the family. But the Head Librarian of the Sweet Alps Library has several hidden secrets. And some very unique problems. One of being a very meddling and boisterous family. And a Dad that is still stealth after all these years!

I’m already totally in love with this new series and can’t wait for all the stories to come. Ronen was such a great mix of his fathers. He appears prim and proper like his English omega dad Bash. But he is daring and adventure-seeking like his alpha dad Jamie, the youngest of the Sinclair quadruplets. And he has their superior intellect just like his older brother Matty, both of which are certified geniuses. And I really loved the fact that he can see and talk to the ghosts of some of my favorite past meddlers. Gigi has always had a special place in my heart and I knew immediately it was her when we heard jangling bracelets! I was trilled that she was so close to Ronen even though they weren’t actually blood related. She was always a nurturer at heart. With a lot of sass and mischief mixed in.

Speaking of Jamie…I loved that he still was stealth, sexy, mysterious and deadly. And that Bash, although appears to be the quiet Children’s Book Author, still is as deadly and well trained as he was when he was younger. Those two are a force you don’t want to mess with! Either them or those they love and hold dear.  However, if you do you decide to be stupid you will be most guaranteed to pay for your mistake in the most unpleasant of ways! And you will deserve it!!!

And Mason! **swoons** I love that Becks hand picked this gorgeous cowboy dragon-shifter to be his replacement for when he retired as sheriff. And the twist that the sheriff is a hoarder of library books was perfect. It not only gave him and Ronen a shared love of books but also a way to interact. And I loved that Ronen had a Cowboy kink that Mason was all to happy to fill.

I am so looking forward to reading about all the Sinclair grands and their extended found family as they each find their fated mates. I am especially looking forward to Matty’s story. He may be a genius and a fated mates specialist but tempting fate by moving into Wade’s rental is bound to prove very interesting. And I wonder if his being requested to tutor will lead to interesting results???

I hope that you enjoy this next generation series as much I have. Author Raiven Matthews has created such a wonderful universe in Sweet Alps and I was thrilled when she decided to bring us the next group of Sassy Omegas and the Gorgeous Alphas who would do anything for their fated mates. Let the new journey begin!
