“This is wrong,” I muttered, but I still pulled out my keys. “So very fucking wrong.”
“Maybe, but we need to have a chat.”
Instead of questioning him, I let us inside and led the way to my door. As soon as it was shut, I faced him.
“How do you know me? How the fuck did you know where I live? Who the fuck are –”
He grabbed both sides of my head, and I blinked up at him. His eyes were black. Not dark blue, not brown, but pitch fucking black. I wanted to pull away, but I couldn’t make my body obey.
“You won’t remember any of this,” he said. “Repeat.”
“I… won’t remember any of this.” I shook my head and finally managed to get my arms and legs to work. I stepped back from him. His hands dropped to his sides, and his expression was one of pure disbelief. “What the fuck? What are you trying to –”
This time, I had zero hope of stopping him, even if I had wanted to… which I most certainly didn’t. One moment, I was staring up into dark, unreadable eyes. The next, my back hit the nearest wall as his mouth descended on mine. Shocked into utter silence, I couldn’t help opening to him. His tongue thrust into my mouth, scrambling my brain in one fell swoop. He tasted like bacon and coffee. There was the slightest hint of blood, too. It should’ve freaked me out, but it didn’t.
Strong hands grabbed my hips and lifted me. Without thinking, I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. He broke the kiss and moved along my jaw toward my throat.
“Only one damn way to find out,” he murmured.
Before I could ask what the hell that meant, I shouted as sharp teeth sank into my neck. Pleasure flashed through me, wild and hot. I panted and rocked against him, my cock hard within seconds. He growled and pressed me tighter to the wall as he drank. Then he licked the wounds before pulling back to stare at me.
All he said was, “fuck.”
My brain had officially checked out for the day, but my body sure as hell hadn’t. Slick seeped out of me, faster than it ever had before. I wanted him buried so deep that I’d be spoiled for anyone else.
