One simple act could change your life.

Ian Groden and Taren Murdoch have a good life. Their marriage is solid, and their Dom/sub lifestyle makes for an amazing and extra spicy sex life. Meeting with another man, Kevin, on occasion adds another level of excitement to their marriage.

For Ian, the only thing better than one Dom is two!

Taren loves watching Ian being dominated by Kevin. Ian craves complete submission to Taren when they’re alone again.

Problems arise when Kevin decides he doesn’t want to remain the casual third man. He puts in motion a plan to drive a wedge through Taren and Ian’s relationship, forcing them to fight for each other and their marriage. Can they put their life back together and regain what could be lost?

Ian stood and went to his desk, retrieving a remote. He went to a cabinet and opened a door to reveal several screens. With a click of the remote, one came to life. It took Ian a few minutes to find the recording of him and Kevin.

Taren pressed his lips tightly closed and bunched his fists to keep from punching the screen when he saw how Ian had been treated that day.

Nodding, Doug said, “This is a bit different than Shumay’s story. Can I get a copy?”

“Of course.” Ian opened a drawer under the screens and pulled out a flash drive, taking only a few seconds to make the requested copy.

“I’m going to have a chat with Mr. Shumay. In the meantime, home and work, nowhere else.” Doug’s voice was calm and quiet but firm. “If he contacts you again, I want to know. This could turn into a stalking situation. Got it?”

“Yes,” Ian whispered.

Taren held out his hand to Doug. “Thank you.”

Doug offered him a warm grip and a reassuring pat on the shoulder, then smiled kindly at Ian. “We’ll get this sorted out.”

“That was a little more than you said it was,” Taren said once they were alone.

“I didn’t want you to worry or do something you’d regret. That’s why I didn’t show it to you when you asked if my conversation with Kevin was recorded.”

Taren snorted. “You mean like give him something to make a complaint about?”

“Yeah.”

“C’mere.” Taren stepped close to Ian and held out one arm, pulling Ian into a hug. “I’m sorry.”

Ian nodded against Taren’s shoulder. He gulped in a sob and shuddered. Instinctively, Taren held him more tightly. It was a few minutes before he stepped away. “There was no way to see this coming. I have to get home and change.”

For the second time that day, Taren escorted Ian to his vehicle, made sure he was securely inside, then returned to his own car, following Ian home.

His entire drive home, Taren’s stomach churned, his chest was tight, and no amount of rubbing it eased his feeling of dread. He’d have preferred to drive with Ian, but it wasn’t possible.

Usually removing all of Ian’s chastity devices was thrilling and an adventure for both of them.

Today would be different.

Taren wasn’t looking forward to today’s task.

Ian had beaten him home, parked in the garage, and left the door open. Taren parked in the driveway and sprinted through the garage and into the house. “Ian,” he called but didn’t wait for an answer, hurrying to their bedroom.

Ian was naked from the waist up. His trousers were open, and he was hopping around, removing shoes and socks.

“Is it true?” Ian blurted.

“Is what true?”

“They’d have made me…I-I would’ve h-had to…my clothes?”

Taren nodded solemnly. “It can happen.” He took Ian’s arm. “Let me help you.”

Ian braced himself against Taren’s grip and stepped out of his trousers, tossing them to the bed.

“I can’t wear—”

“It wouldn’t be a good idea right now,” Taren said softly. “But that doesn’t mean we stop being who we are.” He gave himself a mental shake, straightened, and said in a firm voice, “Boy, stand.”

Ian opened his mouth, shut it again, and swallowed hard.

“Now, boy.”

“Yes, Sir.” Ian put both hands behind his back and gazed at the floor.

Taren took a few deep breaths and removed the codpiece, then Ian’s cock cage. When Ian was completely naked, Taren went to his dresser and pulled out a pair of boxers. Next, he took Ian’s herringbone silver necklace from its box on top of the dresser.

Pacing around behind Ian, Taren placed the necklace around Ian’s neck, fitting it snuggly and hooking the clasp. “There’s no reason you can’t wear this. No one other than you and me will know what its meaning is. You’ll wear it until I give you permission to remove it, understood?”

Ian’s mouth curled into a faint smile. “Yes, thank you, Sir.”

Taren patted Ian’s shoulder and leaned in, kissing his cheek. “We’ll get through this. Everything will be back to normal in no time.”

Ian turned and looked at him, visibly relaxing. “I hate this.”

“Me, too,” Taren confessed. “What I hate most is the thought of you being arrested and forced to strip in front of others wearing your equipment. And it’s not forever.”

“I’m not sure I even know how to function being naked like this.”

“You’ve done it before,” Taren said. He held out the boxers. “Put these on.”

Ian took the underwear and stepped into them. He moved the waistband around and shook one leg a few times. “As part of our scenes, or by choice. Not being pushed into it by someone else. I don’t like these.”

“Think of them as another cock and ball torture device. I’ll buy you the cheap, scratchy ones if it’ll make you feel better.”

“It won’t.” Ian offered him a small smile. “The nice ones are bad enough.”

Taren would like nothing more than to snap Kevin’s neck or beat the crap out of him. That certainly wouldn’t help their situation. Or Ian.

Mystery, action, chills, and thrills spiced with romance and desire. ELIZABETH NOBLE lives by the adage “I can’t not write.” She doesn’t remember a time when she didn’t make up stories and eventually she learned how to put words on a page. Those words turned into books and fan fiction that turned into a genuine love of M/M fiction. A part of every day is spent living in worlds she created that are filled with intrigue and espionage. She has a real love for a good mystery complete with murder and twisty plots as well as all things sci-fi, futuristic, and supernatural.

When she’s not chronicling the adventures of her many characters, Elizabeth is a veterinary nurse living in her native Cleveland, Ohio. She has three grown children and now happily shares her little, brick house with two spunky Cardigan Welsh Corgis and their feline sidekicks. Elizabeth is a fan of baseball, basketball (go Cavs and Guardians) and gardening. She can often be found working in her ‘outside office’ listening to classic rock and plotting her next novel waiting for it to be dark enough to gaze at the stars.

Elizabeth has received a number of amateur writing awards. Since being published, several of her novels have received Honorable Mentions in the Rainbow Awards. Jewel Cave was a runner-up in the Gay Mystery/Thriller category in the 2015 Rainbow Awards. Ringed Love was a winner in the Gay Fantasy Romance category of the 2016 Rainbow Awards. Code Name Jack Rabbit and The Vampire Guard series placed third in The Paranormal Romance Guild 2022 Reviewer Awards in the LGBT/ROMANCE/ACTION ADVENTURE/MILITARY individual book and series categories.
