Once upon a time, I stood in a LONG as* line in the post office waiting to mail out signed books, and this tall dude in front of me had on khakis that fit him REALLY well. I’m talking…yeah. Anyhoo. I had my usual thought when someone snags my attention: What’s his/her story? Why are they dressed that way? What are they doing here? Why are they frowning/smiling. My muse takes it from there. 3: If you could spend the day with one of the main characters in your book, which would it be, and what would you do together? Oh, damn, that’s a tough one!
