Description
Firewalk With Me (Fae-ry Tales 1)
Kyle Stafford had anything a young man could want, until a single lapse in judgment changed everything. When Roen stumbles — quite literally — into a human sleeping right at his realm’s front door, his duty requires him to take the young man prisoner — back to House Vakeor.
Broken Spell (Fae-ry Tales 2)
Kirof, formerly of House Vakeor, has no idea why Wizard Micah Norwood was exiled, but it’s only a matter of time before the wizards or the Dark Fae find them. Desperately trying to keep one step ahead of their pursuers, Kirof finds himself caring far more for Micah than he should.
Glamour (Fae-ry Tales 3)
Prince Erilan always performs his duties with unflinching loyalty, but when he meets a Dark Fae scout, his sense of duty wars with his unholy desire for the enigmatic Fae. Lyren of House Kehru prefers covertly spying from the shadows to jumping into forays on the frontlines. What he doesn’t count on is the insanely gorgeous Light Fae who nearly takes his head off with a sword.
Dawning (Fae-ry Tales 4)
Arulas is a wolf shapeshifter who lives alone in a cabin deep in the woods. His life is perfect — until he finds the half-dead Dark Fae in the middle of nowhere. He nurses Ren back to health, only to find himself square in the middle of a damn war.

Excerpt from Firewalk With Me
“You like him.”
Roen ignored his brother’s remark and continued sharpening his dagger. It gave him something to do, something else to focus on besides those damned haunted, gray eyes. The man had given him an unguarded, rather disarming smile the moment Roen had slid a plate of bread and cured meats into the cell, followed by a bucket of water, a cloth, and a few pieces of clean clothing.
He refused — absolutely refused — to acknowledge thinking about the prisoner washing up, how that lean body must’ve looked as…
Roen shook his head and wondered if the human could hear their conversation, however one-sided it was at the moment. Did humans even have such acute hearing?
“You do,” Aron said with a soft chuckle. “He is handsome, I’ll give you that.”
Roen shot his twin a warning glare before shifting his gaze to the open doorway that led to the prison. “Enough.”
“Why? Humans don’t have our hearing,” Aron said, keeping his voice low anyway. “He certainly cleaned up well.”
Roen rolled his eyes and sheathed his dagger. “Have you forgotten that he is our prisoner?”
Aron shrugged. “No, but why does it matter? Seriously. He’s only a prisoner until we convince Zerin that he’s no mage.”
“And when we do, I’ll escort him back to his side of the portal,” Roen said. “I have no need or desire to pursue anyone, let alone a human who doesn’t even belong here.”
“Keep telling yourself that, Roen. Maybe you’ll eventually believe it.” Aron leaned close, his voice dropping to a whisper in Roen’s ear. “Because I sure as hell don’t.”
“Don’t you have work to do?” Roen shot back. He left Aron and slipped back into the prison on the pretense of guarding their prisoner.
Standing in the shadows, Roen watched as the man paced in the cell. Dressed in Fae clothing after bathing, the man looked otherworldly, if a human could possibly be so. The tunic hung a little past his waist, and the pants hugged the man’s body, leaving very little to Roen’s imagination. Roen wanted to deny every word Aron had said, but he couldn’t. Kyle had captured his attention from the moment their gazes met in the cave above ground.
Kyle stopped and peered in Roen’s direction. “Did they stick you here to babysit me?” He gestured to the iron bars. “I’m not going anywhere.”
“How did you know I was here?” Roen asked without leaving the cover of darkness.
“Living on the streets tends to make one rather… attentive,” Kyle said.
“Streets?”
“Yeah. Why do you think I sought shelter in a cave? No home.”
Roen hadn’t expected that, but it explained the smile Kyle had given him in exchange for food earlier. “Why were you homeless?”
Kyle grimaced. “Long story. Short version: I slept with the wrong person when I was seventeen. Disgraced my politician father. What about you?”
“Me?”
Kyle sat down on the ledge that served as a bed in the cell. “Yeah. Mom? Dad? I’m assuming the other guy is your brother. You’re practically identical.”
“Aron is my twin, yes.” Roen finally stepped out of the dark and leaned against the wall near the cell. “My mother is dead. My father is one of the lords of House Vakeor.”
“Ah.” Kyle nodded. “So basically a politician.”
“Something like that, yes.”
