Another year has passed in which books have brought all of us a much-needed escape and sense of comfort. Our Love Bytes team reviewed approximately 1,000 LGBTQ+ books in 2024, from contemporary romance to fantasy, paranormal, historical, adventure, mystery, comedy, and everything in between. Each day for the next weeks, we will feature one of our reviewers’ top picks from books and audiobooks published in 2024. These lists highlight how diverse our tastes in reading are, and offer something for everyone. With thousands of fantastic new books each year, written by hundreds of creative and talented authors, it’s so difficult to narrow our lists down. We all have many favorite authors not featured here and wish we could acknowledge them all.

Fly away home by Felice Stevens – Buy Link
Oh this book is absolutely awesome! For me this is author Felice Stevens at her best.
This story entails so much. It’s exciting, kind and gentle, filled with compassion, light fun, genuine feelings, caring, loving, sexiness and very well written!

Do I have to choose between all these releases this year from author Beth Bolden?
Because I didn’t even list them all but honestly any (sport) story from Beth Bolden is a must read for me, So awesome to read them all.
Black & Brown (Ravens #1) by A.E Via – Buy Link
Whenever this author brings out a new book I get excited, she is the author of one of my top 3 most favorite series (Nothing Special) one of the very! few I re-read often. So a new series and then with characters we got to meet a little bit already, count me in. And it was all I expected and more I can already not wait for more!
Eternally Blessed (Rebel Kings #7) by Garrett Leigh – Buy Link
This book just blew me away and if I could give more then 5 hearts this would be one of the very rare books I would give it to. It is so freaking good to read about all of these characters, to walk along side them.
This book is absolutely sensational. And I am honest I didn’t expect saying that about a MMF novel
This is perhaps the best current series or let’s say one of the best series ever, so any release in this series makes my heart bounce and jump up. This series has it all. The connection to these characters is absolute and complete.
Notorious Park Avenue Prince (Park Avenue Princes #6) by Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine – Buy Link
There was some structure lain down in earlier books that you could sense Zac would be a part of his future in some way but I have to admit nothing could have prepared me for this last book in the series to be a MMM, and what an story it was!
Personally I devoured this book. For some reason it drew me in and I didn’t want to stop reading, which is a very nice thing for me. What I love best in reading is to get drawn into a book and be in the story.
Easton (Swift Brothers #2) by Riley Hart – Buy Link
This is an amazing read.
I am a fan of the author no lying about that but this series feels like coming home to her bestest work plain simple.
Easton is the second book in the swift brothers series and has everything you can ask for in a book. I really want to read the next book!
The Bait (The Milvus Files #2) by N.R. Walker – Buy Link
Let me start with saying that if I could give out more then 5 hearts for a book this would qualify for one of thosThis story is absolutely fabulous. I will be honest I liked Tallowwood, LOVED The Kite and thought the crossover was ok but this one blows all of them out of the park. Go with Harry and Asher on their journey, find out what they find out along the way, trying to make it work in their heads and actions and hang on for a more then wild ride. When you come to the end you notice you can breath again and then you think, what is next, because Miss Walker there has to be more right 
The Home Game (and The Blame Game)by Brigham Vaughn – Buy Link
I have followed the series from this author from the beginning as i love how interconnected they are in little ways. (I wish it was even more) Birgham Vaughn has a lovely way of bringing her sportsmen to life and I am hear to enjoy all of their rides. And with this one Come on I mean it was Matty’s story! that says enough !
His Realm (House of Meadoc ) by Mary Calmes – Buy Link
When this third book released I finally went in and read the series. As I am a fan of the author but not so much of Vampire stories I kind of delayed it. But wow this was one hell of a ride absolutely fabulous series and a great final book.
To Catch A Firefly by Emmy Sanders – Buy Link
This is seriously such a special book. I think one of the best books I ever read. WOW I am in awe and feel like I just read a treasure.
This story is something to remember and I definitely will. Thanks Emmy Sanders for writing this gem.

Absolute THE best holiday collection. Last years was great and they lived up to their expectation with this years collection.
Absolutely a must read in the holiday season, so many favorites in this collection. I hope their will be a season three this year.
Snowed in: An MM Romance Charity Anthology – Buy Link
One of the best anthologies I have read in a long, long time. Highly recommended as each is absolute a story on it’s own. No angles or things, just all great stories.
