We all have many favorite authors not featured here and wish we could acknowledge them all.

Cindy’s  favorites

Port in a Storm by Rhys Ford (Sinners Series Book 8)Buy Link

Forest and Con at their best. This book was the perfect wrap up for the Sinner’s series and I adored every word. I have re-read every book in this series at least a dozen times.

The Guy in the Alley by Cara DeeBuy Link

This story really tore at my heart. Trace and Ben were amazing characters that were easy to relate to, and the premise really made me stop and think.

Broken Wheels (Crossbow Protection #2) by K.C. Wells and Parker WilliamsBuy Link

Book 2 In the Crossbow Protection series. Dixon and Josh area complete opposites and absolutely made for each other. A great mix of romance and kickass.

F**k, Marry, Kill Me, Daddy by Lance LansdaleBuy Link

This is the most unhinged, ridiculous, amazing book. You never know where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. The characters are all crazy and it’s wonderful.

Once an Alpha (Hidden Wolves) by Kaje HarperBuy Link

Shifter stories are some of my favorites. This one is about two wolf shifters who did the best they could by their back by leaving. And it also made their lives so much better. I was really on a kickass kick this year and this story his every need in me.

Who Said Mobsters were Scary by Aria Clark and J.F. Miev (Mobster Mayhem Book 1)Buy Link

What isn’t there to love about a Yakuza prince and the bodyguard he stalked into working for him. There’s a lot of humor and plenty of violence, but there’s also some really sweet romance.

Castles in the Air by Felice StevensBuy Link

This book took a really good look at what trying to stay sober looks like. One of the characters is doing his best but it takes him a bit to figure out that he’s the one who needs to save himself. The other character has to learn the same thing.

Conflicted (Hopelessly Blessed Book 1) by Lark TaylorBuy Link

Angels and Demons, the most natural of enemies. What happens when an Angel finds out that a demon is his fated mate? Read this story and find out. A fantastic mix of love and pain and anger and angst. With a lot of humor thrown in.
