What if Fatal Attraction was gay and Glenn Close was a sassy twink?

In the dark streets of Soho, London, where the nightlife pulses with energy and hidden dangers, Langdon is striving to carve out a life of his own. Having endured a tough childhood, marked by a mother who never valued him, he has found solace in the company of his four best friends, who feel like brothers. Although he thrives working in a bar, Langdon is haunted by his past, feeling like a dirty secret to the men he dates.
When Eric’s world crumbles after a disastrous wedding, he loses both his home and job, forcing him to seek refuge with his brother. It’s here that he encounters Langdon, and an undeniable connection sparks between them. As their chemistry ignites, they begin to explore a love that feels both thrilling and terrifying.
But their growing bond faces a sinister threat. Someone is determined to tear them apart, willing to go to any lengths, including violence, to ensure they never find happiness together. As Langdon and Eric navigate the complexities of their relationship and confront the demons of their pasts, they must also fight to protect one another from a force that seeks to destroy them.
In “Dangerous Attraction,” love becomes a battleground where trust is tested, and survival is at stake. Will Langdon and Eric find the strength to overcome the shadows that haunt them, or will they pay the ultimate price for their desire to be together?
Eric had dropped some painkillers, but they’d done very little to ease the excruciating agony he was in. When Langdon appeared at eight o’clock to take over, Eric could have kissed him, but that would have gone down as a well as a fart in a lift. He didn’t even bother to say hello, just got out from behind the bar as quick as he could and headed upstairs to get changed.
As soon as he was in the staffroom, he pulled off his T-shirt and winced when he saw how dark all the bruising was now. The room was a sizeable space, with a sofa in the corner, as well as some squishy chairs and a circular dining table with four chairs. There was a kitchen along one side, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and sink. A large TV was on the wall. It was a pleasant space to relax in before a shift or during a break. There were rarely more than two people in here at one time. The staffroom had originally been on the ground floor, but it had been converted into a dressing room for all the performers. Joey always wanted anyone who performed in his club to be comfortable. Eric had been told many bars expected their queens to get changed in the toilet or the cellar, but there was none of that here.
“What the hell happened to you?”
Eric startled and turned to see Langdon in the doorway, his muscular arms folded in front of him. He was giving off a brooding smoulder, and probably didn’t even realise he was doing it.
“Just took a tumble. I’ll be fine in a few days.”
“Don’t bullshit me. I can see the fist imprint on your stomach. Are you in some sort of trouble?”
“No. It’s all done and dusted now.”
“We better speak to Joey. He can get extra security in case they come here.”
“Do not tell my brother about this.”
“You mean he doesn’t know?” Langdon’s eyebrows flew to the top of his forehead.
“Yes, and he’s not going to know. Is he, Langdon?”
“I can’t lie to Joey.”
“I’m not asking you to lie to him. I’m just asking you not to tell him anything.”
“That’s the same thing.”
This was the last thing Eric needed. He tried to put his shirt on, but he was in so much pain he dropped it. Langdon rushed over and picked it up. Eric went to take it, but Langdon pulled it away.
“Let me help you.”
Eric nodded. Having Langdon in his personal space was intoxicating. He had on a woodsy cologne, but the rest was all Langdon. God, the last thing Eric needed was to get hard when Langdon was just trying to help him. Gently, they got the shirt on. Langdon took hold of the buttons, doing them up, and taking his time about it. The electricity between them could power the whole of London for a year. As Langdon did up the last button, their eyes locked, and Eric watched as Langdon’s eyes dropped to his lips, then darted back up. Was he going to kiss Eric?
