I’ve always considered myself straight…until I meet Sawyer at the blackjack table.
He’s my age, super hot, and funny, and the sparks between us could power the entire casino. When he asks me up to his room, I happily accept.
But one night isn’t enough for either of us. We want more.
Until we discover we’re both here to watch our sons get married… to each other.
Winning the Dad is a standalone novella in the Forestville Silver Foxes series.
REVIEW:
I am really enjoying this series and novellas. Silver Foxes finding love when least expected and a HEA…yes please!
Jack is down in Vegas for his son Romero’s big day. So he decides to make the most of his time and try his hand at Blackjack. Although he’s been super successful at the table it’s the gorgeous man sitting there playing with him that has caught his eye. And what the heck was that about. Jack isn’t homophobic. As a matter of a fact he’s very supportive of Romero marrying the love of he is life Lucas. But a man has never caught his interest before let alone held it. And this desire is all consuming. But can a newly discovered bisexual and a man with major trust issues from his past relationship, coupled with the fact that they live thousands of miles apart, make this fire that sparked work?
This is a super fast read in the Forestville Silver Foxes Universe that captures your attention right from the start. I loved that they met at the casino having absolute no idea of their outside connection but let chemistry take over and they quickly realized that what they were experiencing wasn’t some kind of one-and-done. Nor was it any kind of experiment for Jack. But as life changing as this was it was, in my opinion, Sawyer took the biggest chance. Ten years after kicking his cheating ex-husband out he still had major trust issues. But if anyone projected “trust me” it was Jack. Add in their sons complete support and you got yourself a winner.
I love this series and this one was a very welcome addition to it.
