Zayden:
For years, Carter32 has been my rock. The person I can chat with when life gets tough. I don’t know what he looks like, yet somehow I know him. Carter32 knows all my secrets. He knows everything there is to know about me, except for one tiny little thing. Carter has no idea I’m the lead guitarist of Arcade Lake.
Carter:
For years, ZeeShredz has been my best friend. The person who will always have my back. I’m not concerned about his physical appearance or actual name. I respect his decision to keep his identity hidden, and I’m okay with that.
So, if that’s the truth, why do I run away the instant I learn that Zee is a gorgeous rock star?
Zayden’s Temptation is a sweet and steamy, low-angst story that’s a part of the multi-author Road to Rocktoberfest 2024 series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but why not read them all and see what antics our bands get into next? Hot rockstars and the men who love them, what more could you ask for. Kick back, load up your kindle and enjoy the men of Rocktoberfest!
REVIEW:
I love that Kota Quinn has introduced us to Olivia Cove and that all her recent books tend to have a tie back to this wonderful and accepting town.
We first knew of Noah’s twin brothers when Noah had to suddenly move back to San Francisco to help out with an emergency with his twin brothers Olly and Zayden, guitarists with the very popular rock group Arcade Lake, when Olly had a very aggressive stalker causing havoc to his life in Jule’s (Noah’s bestie) book Foxy and Flirty. Next we got to see Noah capture his Daddy Dylan (Jule’s brother) heart and invited him along back to New York to help out with the stalker situation at the end of A Daddy in Paradise. We then got to see Olly get help with the stalker and his resulting PTSD and find the love of his life in Ezra in Olly’s book Beauty and the Boutique. Finally now we get the last brother Zander’s story!
Zander has had a lot on his plate with all that went down with that nasty stalker Oscar or what ever his real name is. Thankfully Olly never blamed him for what he did with that psycho! But now he needs to help keep Arcade Lake going without his famous twin brother playing beside him. And having his best friend/pen pal Carter32 get him through it all has been a godsend. Now if it was only possible to actually meet the man he was falling for would be amazing…or the worst thing ever if he doesn’t feel the same way!
I loved that these two guys literally fell in love as electronic pen pals. They were meant to be. They literally shared all their life with each other. And I understood where Carter was at in his life when he figured it all out and ran. His ex was a really nasty piece of work and he was not in the right headspace at Rocktoberfest the year earlier. But I’m thankful when they finally met again and Carter came clean at the bar. That was a hard thing to finally say but it lead to only perfection because those two really needed to be together and get their much needed HEA!
I am excited to hear that we have a bonus story, set at Christmas in Foggy Basin, and get to catch up with all three brothers and the loves of their lives!
