Let me start with saying that if I could give out more then 5 hearts for a review this would qualify for one of those.
This story is absolutely fabulous.
I will be honest I liked Tallowwood, LOVED The Kite and thought the crossover was ok but this one blows all of them out of the park.
It has it all but needs to be said, it’s not for the faint at heart, because it is rough and on the edge. It hurts and breaks your heart to put it back together again. As the author mentioned on her social media there is definitely a HEA here, so don’t worry yourself about that and just get on this train of emotions or rollercoaster if you prefer and enjoy the freaking fantastic ride.
There is no denying the fact that you just connect with these men. If it is Harry or Asher or Yungho or Lucas or even Jake or August, the author is brilliant in drawing you into her men so to speak. You want to walk the road with them, you want to feel what they feel and boy is that on a different level in this book.
I literarly felt hurt reading pages, held my breath for some, swooned at words of love and was just absorbing words most of the time while reading. It was hard to put this one down even when I needed to because of silly things like work 😀
To be honest I don’t really feel the need to give a sum up of the story. You should just read the books mentioned (Tallowwood, The Kite and the crossover) and dive in head first.
Go with Harry and Asher on their journey, find out what they find out along the way, trying to make it work in their heads and actions and hang on for a more then wild ride.
When you come to the end you notice you can breath again and then you think, what is next, because Miss Walker there has to be more right 😉
