For the last 10 years, I’ve gotten my hit of M/M community love and energy at GayRomLit, but this year I’m trying the new Norther Rainbow Romance Retreat in Toronto, Canada. Reader days are Oct 4-6 with breakfast and lunch with authors, talks, book signings etc. (Find more info HERE.)

I look forward to seeing old friends and some new faces, including some Canadian friends— authors and readers— who haven’t made it across the border for GRL. I also love having this conference in a queer-friendly environment, something that has been challenging in the US as the affordable locations tend to be in conservative states.

There are still some reader tickets available (and a couple of authors have had to drop out, so if you’re an interested author, contact the organizer.)

Crossing the border for an event adds a bit of tax complexity, so I won’t be selling books on site this year, although I have a preorder list on the Facebook group. (Ask me if I’m sad not to have to decide what books to load my suitcase down with on spec though— it’s a bit of a relief.) I will be giving away a few, plus audio codes and more.
