LENGTH: 174 Pages

BLURB:
Life hasn’t been kind to Danny. Severe dyslexia has made learning difficult—has made everything difficult. Sick of struggling, he signs himself up for a sugar baby website in order to pay for college and ends up with Clint. Clint is a cruel sugar daddy who is happy to remind Danny how stupid he is, crossing boundary after boundary, but Danny is in too deep to say no.
When Danny meets Haruto Nakamura, a handsome lawyer who offers Danny a helping hand, Danny figures it’s too good to be true. He definitely doesn’t deserve Haru’s thoughtful gifts or him working to help Danny get education accommodations, but he finds he doesn’t want to turn Haru away either.
No one has ever helped Danny like Haru, never fought for him like Haru, especially not for free. But Danny knows everyone has a motive. Haru can’t genuinely like Danny…can he?
Bad Daddy contains a sugar daddy/sugar baby relationship but no daddy kink, closed-door relations with an antagonist, whump, hurt/comfort, a dyslexic MC, and an HEA.
REVIEW:
Danny is an adorable boy who really just needs someone in his life who loves him. Being a sugar baby seemed like a good idea to help him get through college, but it’s not really working out for him. He’s too sweet and soft and he doesn’t know how to set boundries and hold to them.
Haru is good and kind and absolutely smitten with Danny from the first time he sees him. I love how Haru just does kind things to be kind without wanting anything in return. He just does them because they are the right thing to do.
This is a far sweeter story than I was expecting to be honest, but I’m not mad about it. Watching Danny wake up to what’s really going on with the people around him is adorable as heck! He’s so used to being alone and struggling that he’s lost all perspective about life.
Danny’s sugar daddy? Someone needs to run him over with a Zamboni…but I digress.
This whole story is really just Danny and Haru finding their way closer and closer and they are both so cute and polite and kind, you’d think they were Canadian!
Because this is so short, I really can’t say much without giving important things away, but trust me. If you love sweet boys and darling men falling in love, this is for you. It will leave you smiling as you watch Danny come into his own and find a better life than he’s ever had.
