Being related to two famous rockstars has its pros and cons.
Noah loves his family but is tired of always living in their shadow. He’s worked hard to get where he’s at, first with his degree, and now with his new career if only he could apply the same effort to his love life. Noah just wants someone to see the real him, bonus points if that perfect someone is a daddy.
Dylan feels frustrated by the direction his life has taken. His job is stressful, his friends and family have all moved away, and if he’s being honest, he wants to settle down with someone.
When Dylan’s brother invites him on a cruise, the idea of a vacation in the tropics sounds like the perfect way to take a much-needed break to sort out his life. Only, the cruise is a little kinkier than he realized. And when Dylan sees Noah, his brother’s best friend being his Daddy in paradise is too tempting to resist.
Welcome to Pride Cruise 2024!
Where the water is crisp, the men are HOT, and the party has started! Each book is a standalone but feel free and dive in and binge them all. You won’t want to miss a second of their naughty antics. If you think they’re silly when the sun is up, just wait until it goes down.
REVIEW:
Oh my goodness gracious! Fun in the sun with cameos from so many of my favorites from Kota Quinn characters!
I had wondered about Jules’ best friend Noah every since he had to immediately run off to help with a family emergency and left Jules having to suddenly care for himself and his finances in Foxy and Flirty. He had always been there for his best friend. He managed their lives and stepped in to be a pseudo handler for the little fox when Jules needed it. Thankfully that lead to Daddy Cal coming into Jules’ life and now they are heading on the Pride Cruise to celebrate their engagement with all their friends. Learning now how Noah’s younger life had really been and the misconceptions that Jules’ big brother Dylan had about his family’s wealth was a bit eye-opening. Being there for his mom, who worked so hard to take care of her boys, and his famous twin brothers, Zayden and Olly from the Rock Band Arcade Lake, was a high priority for him. So when the psycho stalker targeted his brothers, leaving Olly with PSTD and Olly needing him, he had to be there when he got that call. That’s how they operated. But going on this cruise and knowing that his life-long crush Dylan, Jules older brother, was going along too is going to make it hard to be around him all the time. But when Dylan starts being all protective and Daddy-like when Noah’s abusive and cheating ex shows up harassing Noah he is super confused. Can he handle being with Daddy Dylan for the cruise? And what happens to his heart when the ship returns to home?
I loved this book and how Noah had longed for years for Dylan to notice him. I was moderately surprised to hear that Dylan wasn’t as straight as we all believed he was or that he was into Daddy kink. Dylan had always watched out for his mom and little brother Jules and was extremely protective of them. That protective and nurturing personality definitely defined him as a daddy even though he didn’t advertise his kink to his family and friends. Watching him take charge and make sure that Noah was safe was hot. But hotter yet was the tender care and love he showed him. Plus those two together during sexy times burned up the pages they were so hot!
There are so many questions answered I had from Foxy and Flirty. I highly recommend that you read it first as this book directly parallels scenes in that book. Plus you understand better the relationships of many of the characters in this book. If you are an avid fan of Kota Quinn like I am, you will recognize many of their friends from her previous books also.
I am so looking forward to learning about Noah’s rock star brothers in the upcoming The Road to Rocktoberfest 2024 book this year when I go visit there. I had assumed it would be Olly’s book but learned, when I went to the preorder listing, that it’s Zayden’s story which shocked me but I can’t wait! Hopefully, in traditional Kota Quinn style, we will see Noah and Dylan and some of the rest of the cruisers/friends when they come to see them perform???
I have truly enjoyed all these wonderful cruises I went on with the various authors in this series and hope you do too.
