REVIEW:
Note: These are stories that takes place after the books in the Iron and Works series. They really are best enjoyed after reading the series.
This is a nice collection of stories featuring all the couples of E.M. Lindsey’s Iron and Works series. There are some prequel stories. A few of these are vignettes around Mat and Wyatt’s wedding and honeymoon. I loved getting to see this found family come together for this special occasion.
There are stories of Rowan and James. There are still some issues of James thinking that Rowan will move on. But Rowan is clear that he won’t – doesn’t need a piece of paper to make him stay either.
Will and Sage are busy with their chaotic family life. But they make time for each other and give each other what the other needs.
I particularly loved the Christmas story with just about everybody getting into the act. And Sam and Niko’s honeymoon. And Nick and Edward meeting 🙂 The way Miguel loves and supports Amit. Basil’s continued support of Derek dealing with this nightmares and demons were heartbreaking and heartwarming. I loved seeing Luke and Raf and their Christmas of forever.
Fair warning – there is a LOT of sex in these stories They carry on the romance, marriages, honeymoons, love stories of all these wonderful characters that this author has shared over the years. A wonderful collection and catchup with them. Highly recommended.
