A polar bear shifter and a binturong shifter play Santa and his elf in a Christmas parade…
All Levi wanted was somewhere safe for him and his son to hide, somewhere to earn some cash for Christmas until they could be accepted into the Sweetwater pack. Greenbriar seemed to be welcoming enough, even if he was asked to play elf to a very grumpy Santa. Just as well Santa doesn’t know what Levi is, or that he’s his fated mate.
Robin just wanted to be left alone. Being a part of a pack was fine, but did they really have to force him to play Santa? Levi and his son, Rune, are the only things that make the parade bearable for him.
When Levi unexpectedly goes into heat, Robin offers to take him through it, unmasking Levi. Will Robin forgive him for hiding what, and who, he really is? Could they be a family for Christmas?
His Santa Alpha is an omegaverse, mpreg, Sweetwater adjacent story. While set in the same world as the Sweetwater Pack series, it can be read without reading those books first.
Christmas Omegas is a multi-author series. Each story is a standalone and features a fun Holiday Season Parade! Whether it’s a paranormal pairing or a human pairing, you can expect these omegas to find love during the holidays.
REVIEW:
It has been fun getting to know these Omegas and their loving mates. Plus who doesn’t love a fun Holiday Parade?
Levi just needs a safe place for his son Rune and him to hide and make a little more money so they can make the final journey to the Sweetwater Pack. There they will be with Rune’s blood relatives and should be safe from his father and his money-grabbing plans. They just have to get there before he finds them. And he knows his father is searching far and wide to be able to get his hands on Rune’s sizable inheritance. When the Greenbriar pack offer him a safe haven he is overjoyed at their open arms. He’s no fool and knows it’s all because of his son’s sweetness. But what he doesn’t expect was to run right in to his fated mate…the surly protector to the pack’s Alpha Mate. But how can he protect his son and have his mate both?
It’s not unusual, especially in omegaverse stories, for me to fall for one of the main characters more than the other. However, in this particular story, I found that I wanted to protect and love both of these men. They both really needed love and nurturing. And Pack Alpha Leith and his Alpha Mate Jenny just oozed nurturing of those they brought into their pack. While Jenny’s nature may have been a bit “mothering” and Leith’s a bit more tough love, I always felt that they had their pack’s members best interest at heart. It’s what made this a great pack. But both men , Robin and Levi, had not experienced this form of love and caring so I could see why they would question and have self doubts. Thankfully the Sweetwater Alpha and Alpha Mate both seem to be on the same wavelength and embraced their new members.
I know that Levi truly believed that it was Rune that got him accepted by the Greenbriar Pack Alpha and his Alpha Mate but I believe that this sweet ray of sunshine and joy attracted shifters to himself too. I mean Rune was the icing on the Christmas cookie but Levi was such a delight too. He just wasn’t raised to appreciate himself in a world where Alphas ruled. Thankfully both Sweetwater and Greenbriar packs were much more progressive and knew the value of their omegas and cherished them. Omegas were not chattel to be bargained for status, riches and leadership. They are to be protected and honored. Without omegas a pack doesn’t grow and flourish, it just dwindles and dies off.
I am new to this author and her Sweetwater series but didn’t feel that it effected my understanding of this story.
