I love the books written by Mr. Hayden Hall. Most of what I have read are low angst and full of sweetness that I can’t help but smile while reading them. So I got excited about this new college series. This is book two of the Arctic Titans of Northwood U. It is about our Hockey Goalie Sawyer and sweet Nerd Noah.
Dreams can come true.
Noah’s tutoring skills is quite popular as evidenced by the number of students who wants him to tutor them. When Sawyer got into trouble with his grades and he has to get a tutor or kiss his scholarship goodbye, Noah is the answer. Noah never thought that tutoring Sawyer would be beneficial for both of them. Noah doesn’t really know how to meet and get to know someone he is interested in, let alone date. When Noah and Sawyer agreed that Noah tutors him in academics and Sawyer teaches him how to “bag” a guy, this tutoring sessions started to get interesting.
But while their tutoring sessions transforms into friendship and feelings start to blossom, both couldn’t really hope that the other person feels the same way too, they are too different from each other. I guess when you don’t think that you are worth another person’s love and interest, you will feel that way too. But love means being willing to take a leap, being ready to accept whatever the result might be. Love means trusting someone with your heart and hoping that the other person feels the same way too. It takes courage I know but you will never find out if you don’t take the risk, right?
Mr. Hayden Hall is one of the most romantic writers we have in this genre and the way he brings these beautiful people to life makes me adore him more. His writing is beautiful and his characters are as human as you and me, with real feelings and challenges in life as well. So if you have not started reading Mr. Hayden Hall’s books then you can definitely start with this series, you won’t be disappointed.
