BLURB:
I’ve never hated anyone as much as I hate him.
The day my sister died, I told her best friend I never wanted to see him again, and I meant it.
I lost her because of him. Everything I used to care about means nothing now because of him.
It’s all because of him.
So when he shows up on my driveway two years later and tells me he’s moving in with me for his freshman year of college, I kick his ass and tell him to disappear. For good this time.
But I already know the defiant little brat’s not gonna listen. He never does.
Being near him again makes me crazy. I’m supposed to be the college basketball star my father raised me to be, but now I’m focused on a new game. I’m obsessed with watching him, touching him, breaking him. His body, his head, his heart, anything I can get my hands on…
I’m gonna take it all until he’s got nothing left.
And even though he knows exactly what I’m doing to him, he’s gonna let me do it anyway.
REVIEW:
It’s a cruel cruel game Nate plays. Destroying Xavi by fucking with his head and his ass.
He hates him and blames Xavi for the death of his sister. He’ll destroy him.
And Xavi lets him because he deserves it.
As you can read in the blurb the day Nate’s sister died he told Xavi to get out and never to show his face again.
Katy was Xavi’s best friend, they shared everything, she loved Xavi more than she loved her brother.
Nate can’t stand to look at Xavi, but with the guy constantly near him during college, living in the room next to him, he has a plan. He knows Xavi has to hots for him. He creates a cruel plan to destroy him.
Only, emotions are complicated, VERY complicated.
My goodness, my heart couldn’t handle this story. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, it wrecked me and messed with my head. I wanted to smash someone in the face, scream and cry.
Bit by bit we get to know the devastating truth. Because, dang what happened, it did go beyond my imagination.
Compliments to the author, it was a sensational story, deeply moving.
There’s so much of everything, grief, anger, lust, desire, did I say grief?
It’s an amazingly written bittersweet story, I was glued to the pages.
Thank goodness the story has a hea!
