Note: This is the 36th book in this series, but it works as a stand alone as long as the reader has some knowledge of this paranormal world.
Madagascar is a bit bored. He’s been with Kontra’s group for a while along his with brother and some other bear shifters. He volunteers for a raid on one of the scientists installations. While there he finds his mate. Ishmael is very confused. He thinks shifters are not real. He thinks the scientists there are helping him. He things the animals being experimented on are just animals. He couldn’t be more wrong.
Kontra’s teams of course take out the lab and rescue all the caged shifters. Finally it’s too much for Ishmael. When he awakens, he can’t understand his draw to Madagascar. He doesn’t understand why he doesn’t remember his past. He’s convinced that the whole group of people here are delusional. Until they prove it 😉
This is a cute fast read. Ishmael has really been abused 🙁 Madagascar is thrilled to find his mate. We get FAE!!! And the bad guys get what’s coming to them 😉 This story is connected to another shifter from another series – Ishmael’s brother. I can’t wait to see if they get reunited in a future book. Fans of the series will enjoy this new story. This group just keeps getting bigger and bigger – with endless stories to tell. Recommended for fans of urban fantasy, fated mates, shifters, etc.
