I kiss him, long and hard, and nip at his lips, and he gives back with equal fervour. He really does want it. I now know he was right to wait, but there has been a change in him. He’s on the same page as me now. He’s as eager as I am.
He undoes the buttons on my shirt. “Get naked, Hesketh.”
I take a step back, and we both strip off our own clothing. Lando shimmies out of his jeans, giving me the first view of the underwear I felt.
