Luck of the Devil is an action-filled, fated-mates MMM paranormal romance with an HEA and no cliff-hanger. It is the final instalment in The Reckless Damned series, which is best enjoyed in order due to the overarching plot. Each book focuses on a different couple or triad and has an HEA.

 

REVIEW:

This was a heck of a finish to a fantastic series.

Dimitri is willing to give up everything to be with Dagon and Dagon feels the same way, but no matter how hard they try, they just can’t make it work. They’ve been trying for centuries and they know they love each other but sometimes love just isn’t enough.

Then Lucky falls into their lives and he just might be the missing piece to their puzzle, but convincing the broken young man might take moving Heaven and Hell. Fortunately, Dimitri and Dagon know exactly how to make that happen.

This book was definitely action packed. It’s one last all out hurrah and I couldn’t put it down until it was finished. One of my favorite things about this series is that the human mates to these brothers aren’t turned into “damsels in distress.” They all fight for themselve and each other as well as their mates and without them, none of this would have worked.

Lucky is so sweet and I could feel his self-doubt and anguish as if it were my own. But he blossoms under the love of an angel and a demon and it made me smile.

The only reason this wasn’t a 5 heart review is because it was very obvious where it was all going and a twist might have been nice. But, the characters are relatable and easy to cheer for, the storyline kept me intrigued and it’s very well written, just like the rest of the series.

If angels and demons and mages and magic make your romance heart happy, then this is definitely the book for you. Plus a lot of steamy, sexy times that will leave you breathless!

I highly recommend the whole series.
