“Please don’t leave me, I’m so sorry. Please, you can’t leave. We’re getting married. Things will be different I promise. I messed up I know, but please let me fix this. Give me one more chance.” Sobs wracked his body as it shook against my own.
My hand rested over his at my waist. I leaned my head forward to move it out of reach of his lips. “I can’t trust you anymore. I don’t think we can fix this. You broke us,”
Davis:
Apparently being dragged away from the life you love, then forced to attend the prestigious Melwood Academy was not torture enough. Now I have to spend my days and nights lusting after my best friend’s older brother. Justin sees me as an annoying little brother when all I see is him.
Justin:
You should not have to watch the man you love promise to marry someone else. Just when I think I have lost my chance with Davis, a tragedy strikes and a second chance is within my grasp. A chance I will not squander this time around

REVIEW:
I’m not sure how to review this story without giving too much away of the content.
The blurb says not much about the content so I can’t say much either.
The story is about Davis and Justin, they are involved in a lot of events, apart and together.
It starts in 2008 Davis is 16, the new guy at school. The one who got bullied because he’s gay. When he looks at the most beautiful boy he ever saw in his life, he had a tiny hope this one would be different, but no, he’s also a big asshole.
We make a step further, into 2019. Life was and is no better for Davis.
Somehow there’s always Justin around to nag and bugger him, he’s still a pain in the ass whenever he meets him.
Oh boy, how wrong can you do? Can he ever win Davis’ heart?
I’m not sure about the decade between. After all these years they felt the same, immature.
A lot is going on, at times the story is a bit dragging, there was little progress. The last 25% got much better for me. It took me some time to feel for Justin, he excelled in being vague, doing and saying the wrong things. I would have loved to know him on a deeper level, I missed something here, it was more from Davis pov. One big hooray for Rachel, she was my favorite of this story. Family was emphatically present with a lot of good intentions.
Overall a nicely written, quite entertaining narrative with a lot of drama, with hurtful moments, all well pictured. The biggest issue here is trust.
