Who falls for their enemy?
Kingston- I love my job. Helping others plan their perfect wedding is a dream come true. If only I could find my own boy to cherish, spoil, and love. But who wants a chubby 41-year-old with a voyeuristic side? When my friend insists I try a kinky dating app called Bears-4-U, I decide to give it a shot.
My one rule: Don’t fall for the ONLY guy who reminds me of Jamison Parker.
Jamie- Kingston Foxe and I hate each other. So what if I’ve always wanted him? So what if he isn’t the guy I thought he was? So what if his gorgeous bear body is exactly what I crave? I have a plan. With the help of a new dating app, I’ll get over Kingston in no time. All I need to do is follow a few rules.
Rule # 1: Find someone who believes in love and romance!
Rule # 2: He must be open to exploring this new kink with me.
Rule # 3: No more daddies. I refuse to be hurt by one again.
Bears-4-U is an MM Daddy romance multi-author series, featuring a host of delicious Daddy pairings. The Bears-4-U dating app is all about putting Bears and Teddy Bears together for their honey-sweet HEAs. Psst, no real bears involved. Each book can be read as a standalone, but why not snuggle up with all the bears?
REVIEW:
OMG! How how I 💕 loved 💕 this book!!!
Kingston Foxe is the perfect bear of a Daddy. Tall and extremely handsome, he is the ultimate catch. However a series of boys have left his self confidence shaken. He is embarrassed that he has a soft tummy and then there’s his situation. Kingston is a true voyeur and, at 41, he has learned that he needs the show his boy gives as a type of foreplay or his body doesn’t always cooperate. All this ultimately came to a head when his ex Danny cheated on him just before his college friend Jen’s wedding that he was the wedding planner for. Jamie Parker is a born romantic. So much so that he made the perfect career choice as a wedding photographer. However Jamie dislikes one part of his job…Kingston Foxe! How that man can be a wedding planner and be so anti romance is beyond him. Yes the man is drop dead gorgeous and just his type, all tall and bear like, but, after witnessing him convince a bride to call off her wedding at the last moment, he wants nothing to do with the jerk even if his body never got the message. When both men are hired to do a celebrity wedding they need to put aside their feud and pranks to do the job. But can they? And what happens when they both get to know who the real man the other is?
So many things intrigued me with this book. This wedding forced the two to put a cease fire on their two-year feud. I loved that both men were totally attracted to the other but that a silly misunderstanding when they first met kept them apart and pranking the other. Both men are total romantics and their voyeur/exhibitionist kink was the perfect ying/yang fit. Both men were attracted to the Daddy/boy and Bear/cub dynamic even though the word Daddy was a huge trigger for Jamie after his experience with his ex Carl. And Kingston’s trigger was his body image which was a total turn on for Jamie. They just needed the catalyst of Joshua, Kingston’s cousin wedding to get them to interact and get to know the real men they truly were and how perfect a fit for each other they were.
Having the alternate interaction of Silent1 and Daddy_Oso on the Bears-4-U app allowed both men to be more honest than they normally would have was a nice touch. It was a unique and fun way to let down their guard regarding their kinks and express themselves. I loved that they started self-questioning their personal budding relationship and their feelings for the other on the website. They started questioning if they needed to tell the other man in their lives of what was happening in their real life. It showed that they were caring and quality people not cheaters. I know they suspected the other at points but the scene at Dark Satin and Kingston’s Ah-ha moment was awesome.
I am really, really hoping that this book is the catalyst for the author to launch her own series. She has developed a great universe. I see to basis of at least four books. The first one that immediately jumps to mind is the budding relationship of Kingston’s good friend and business partner Cal and the maître d’ of Silk Jules. Then I need Seth, the Dom that owns Silk and the date Carl left in tears. I also would love to hear more about Joshua’s continuing saga along with cutie barista Rowan. I bet they will all be fabulous stories!
As you can tell, I’ve become invested in this series and author. Her men are real and her stories make me smile and feel good.
