What do prom night, a car accident, and a BDSM club have in common? The sexy CEO of Gallagher Hotels, that’s what.
Maddox Prescott is nervous about his first visit to Catharsis, a BDSM club he’s joined, hoping to find a Daddy Dom. The last person he expects to see is Lachlan Gallagher—his knight in shining armor from senior prom seven years ago—looking gorgeous and wearing a club bracelet signifying he’s Dominant and available.
Lachlan has always had a soft spot for a sweet, submissive in need, so when Maddox requires rescuing again, he can’t keep himself from swooping in to lend a helping hand.
As they get reacquainted, Lachlan discovers Maddox is looking for his forever Daddy, and he’s not about to let a boy as special as Maddox slip through his fingers.
Unscathed is set in the same universe as the bestselling Custos Securities and Catharsis Series by author Luna David.
REVIEW:
What a special treat! I rarely get to re-read books I love but I had read this delightful book when it was offered as part of a free book promotion awhile ago and it was fun to visit again. Maddox and Lachlan were so special.
Maddox Prescott can’t believe his luck. He is going to Senior Prom with one of the hottest guys at their high school. Dressed to the nines, he is devastated when he overhears his date’s buddies talking about how great it’s going to be to embarrass him in front of the entire school. Slipping off to the closed-for-the-night hotel offices area he hangs his head in shame for being so stupid and let’s loose his tears. What he doesn’t expect is his parent’s friend’s older son Lachlan Gallagher, heir to the hotel empire, to find him and come up with a solution to not only be able to hold his head high but come out Unscathed. Fast forward seven years later and Lachlan comes to his rescue again when his parents are sent to the hospital after being broadsided in an automobile accident. But how embarrassing to have to be taken from the BDSM club by Lachlan when he’s a mess again. But is this another embarrassment or is this the final door opening for both men to get what they really desire?
You can’t help but want good things to happen for Maddox. He is caring and kind and lovable. He’s a hard worker and a good son. But he’s lonely and just wants to be taken care of and coddled. He needs a daddy. Thankfully the gorgeous Lachlan wants the same thing, a boy to take care of and be his. These two are absolutely made for each other and had been years in the making. They just needed to grow into their roles completely. I loved that Lachlan happened to always be there when Maddox needed help and stepped in all Dom-like, taking control when Maddox needed it most. Whether Maddox realized it or not.
It was great to get some quality moments with both Sebastian and Braden. I loved both their books and was excited to get to spend a little time with them and knowing Maddox has good friends in their community.
I highly recommend that you read this entire series. It is what drew me to Luna David originally and have been a fan every since.
