REVIEW:

What a wonderful story, I already read many books with alpha’s, omega’s, and sports, and this narrative was surprisingly, slightly different and I loved it very much!

Alonso pretends to be an Alpha, he’s not, he’s an Omega. The delicious scent of teammate Levy shouldn’t affect him, but it does.
He tries to avoid his teammates as much as possible, an almost impossible task with Levy always hanging around him, including him with the usual banter.
Sharing an apartment with Levy makes it all more difficult, he’ll just have to trust his suppressants.

His whole life Alonso is indoctrinated, he has to do this, has to do that, acts as an Alpha, never as an Omega, he has to distance himself from his teammates, he’s is exhausted, and he’ll never live up to those expectations. Keeping up appearance is getting harder, with Levy around.

Levy is convinced Alonso doesn’t like him very much, always distances himself from him. When Alonso tries to be a better teammate and roommate it’s getting better. Until Levy understands what’s going on.

Alonso could never have guessed Levy was the best friend in the world. He could never have guessed how compatible they are, not only in the game but also privately and in the bedroom. The longing, yearning, and want are intense!
Alpha’s got rut and omega’s heat. Imagine! Dang, they are hot together!

The story has a beautiful balance, the main and quite intense parts are about their friendship and love life, and Alonso’s struggle to keep his omega presentation hidden, there are parts about family, mutual friends slash teammates, and of course the game, it felt all natural and honest. The main characters are engaging and very adorable (especially Levy), they stole my heart, and their chemistry was hot. The flow and pace are just right.
Overall an excellently written story!
