REVIEW:
What a lovely story!
Tajj is a feisty little omega, pregnant and left by his alpha. Cut off all finances he had.
Luckily his cousins gave him a room at their house.
One day his cousins brought a drunken alpha with them. He’s big, drunk, and looks dangerous.
The alpha is offered a room too. Tajj tries to avoid him at all costs.
Brad isn’t a bad dangerous alpha, he’s a medic in the army, taking care of the wounded. He’s heartbroken after a young soldier died under his care. He got nightmares.
He tries to connect with the feisty omega with little gifts to show he means no harm.
Tajj melts by the alpha’s gestures, he wants to help this big hurt alpha. He does, more than he’ll ever know.
It’s a story with a super-fast pace, but still, it didn’t feel rushed. There’s enough room for heavy matters, super light humour, sweet feelings, and romance. I smiled, my eyes blurred, it was satisfying.
I love this author’s stories, the way they are built, no lengthy dragging stories, they are clear, to the point, with hurt comfort, emotional, super fluffy, humorous, sweetly romantic, engaging characters, and with a happy ending.
