David is shy to a fault, introverted, and doesn’t know how to defend himself. That’s why he keeps toiling away at his job, even if his boss is malicious.
Mick, a member of the Kinsmen, a motorcycle club for those of Nordic descent, gets a flat on his motorcycle, so he stops at a tire shop he’d never used before to get it fixed. There he meets David, who he finds attractive, and thinks about asking him out before his boss enters the garage in his normal, abusive fashion.
Taking action the only way Mick knows how, he takes David away with him. Learning what a shy man he is, Mick can’t fathom a relationship with David other than friendship. So, Mick finds him a place to stay and gives him a job.
It’s tough to be a gay man in an outlaw biker club, not to mention being a Daddy, but Mick isn’t afraid of anyone. Until he starts to fall for the shy and obedient David.
PLEASE NOTE: This books contains MM sexual situations with some light kink. Can Mick become the Daddy that David needs?
REVIEW:
Mick can’t just watch and do nothing when that sweet guy got bullied by his boss.
So he asked him to pack his stuff and climb up behind him on his bike.
Twenty-nine years old David has instant feelings for the sixteen years older Mick, Mick instead wants to keep his distance. David is way too soft and sweet for a biker guy like himself.
When the distance he kept is getting too hurtful, David is off and gone.
Mick has to play open cards about his feelings for David. First, he has to find him.
Their dynamic changes in a Daddy boy one. Mick is short-tempered, David makes him calmer, and he wants to be good for David.
Mick wants David to open up and show him his hidden yearning for kink.
Keeping his life, as a member of the biker club, and his love life separate isn’t easy.
We get to meet the members in a well-proportioned way, for me, it worked well this way, I’m a mess with too many characters.
David surprises Mick time after time, while he’s utterly shy, he’s doing well around all the bikers and their partners. He’s also in for spicing up their sex life.
The content was great, I wasn’t always swooned by the writing. It didn’t gave always room for imagination, anticipation, or time to feel, everything was written down.
I would have loved some more hurt comfort, there wasn’t much stress. They got indeed kinkier that was really nice, I missed the aftercare, after flowing you have to recuperate, there wasn’t any.
For me, Mick didn’t feel like a Daddy, he’s impatient, calling a Daddy boy dynamic ‘stuff’. I got the feeling he wanted to change David, you can’t change an introvert into an extrovert. I must confess he got better and better the further the story got.
When I look at the whole picture, even with the mentioned points where I wasn’t content, I did enjoy this story, it was widely written, entertaining, with a nice balance between biker and private matters.
