Julian Pollard never believed in love at first sight. That was until he met Malachi Keogh. Well, maybe it wasn’t love at first sight, but it sure was something.

Julian had forgotten how to live, how to be happy, and Malachi changed all that. Now together for four years, Julian wants to give Malachi a Christmas he’ll never forget.

The only problem is, Christmas at a mail distribution centre is the busiest time of the year. It just might take the whole team to make it happen.

REVIEW:

It takes a village to … give Malachi a Christmas he’ll never forget in this holiday follow-up to Dearest Milton James. This book could aptly be renamed Sweetest Malachi Keogh because it’s about as sweet a short story as you could find. Candy canes, gingerbread houses, and Christmas cookies combined aren’t sweeter than Malachi and Julian together.

We already know they’re a scrummy couple, and here Julian shows us what a perfect partner he is. He’s wonderfully romantic and knows his beloved so well. Malachi deserves nothing less than a grand, unique gift for their fourth Christmas together. It’s a special time of year for Malachi who finds himself warmly welcomed into Julian’s family. He adores them and they adore him.

Julian plans four days of surprises working up to the biggest on Christmas Day. Everything centers around several lost letters Malachi finds at work. Julian gets everyone involved in the scheme. The team at the Dead Letter Office – Cherry, Denise, Paul, and Theo – plus Julian’s mother and Malachi’s best friend, Moni, all have roles to play since it’s difficult for Julian to do all the secret planning by himself.

This is brief story, but even so, N.R. Walker finds a way to sneak in some sexy times to make the book complete. Give yourself this sweet treat for Christmas. This romance is the perfect ending to Malachi and Julian’s love story.
