I get a lot of questions about my writing and believe it or not, I love to talk about it. One of the most common questions is how I manage to write as many stories as I do. And I honestly wish there was one single answer. Part of it is that I’m dedicated to what I do and I love it. Another part is that I tend to write as much as I can and take every chance to let myself sink into my characters and the story.
The biggest part of being able to write what I do is the fact that the stories keep coming. The best analogy that I can give you is that there is a well inside me and the stories and characters keep bubbling up from inside. I know that sounds nebulous, but it’s the best explanation that I have. Ideas continue to come forward again and again. My biggest fear is that the well will run dry and I’ll be sitting at my keyboard with no idea what to write, my hands still. It hasn’t happened yet though and I hope it never does.
