REVIEW:
Prince Galen must head home, his father passed away. He must arrange a funeral and his coronation.
One of his cousins wants to take the throne. Galen needs help and Oso, a demon, will be the one to help him. Oso has strong powers.
“Demons are addicted to the passion of humans”
Oso’s powers have some limitations, his strength comes from passion and Galen promised him to give his, a bond, after Oso finished helping. It’s easy because Galen feels already an attraction. Oso is a beautiful, desirable demon and less frightening than he expected.
On the road, there are dangerous encounters. Galen is human, his kindness is his strength. Help, but also attacks come from different directions.
What a wonderful story, I loved the great proportion of fantasy. The journey is written in a way as if watching a movie, smashingly done!
Demons versus demon hunters, the future King versus his unfaithful family, outlaws against royals. There is a lot to conquer.
Some secondary parts in this story, which not involved the two main characters directly, are just as enjoyable.
There are two seducing demons, dang that was hot.
Some subtle humor made me smile widely. The passionate power exchange is delicious, the paranormal magic enthralling, the creatures fascinating. Oso and Gales are it for each other.
It was a short story but it felt huge.
