For those who have been following this particular series from Ms. Jay Hogan, the wait is finally over! And for those who will still be reading this series from the beginning, then this will be a future treat, and it is better if you start from the very beginning.

Cam and Reuben’s story is one of the most beautiful stories I have ever read. Their love story is one for the record. It is EPIC! Crossing the Touchline is my first read from Ms. Jay Hogan too, and it has been a wild ride since.

We met Cameron Wano and Reuben Taylor in Crossing the Touchline where their love story began. Cam is an out-and-proud personality when he met Reuben Taylor, who was a strong candidate to become a member of the greatest rugby team in the world. Reuben was also still deep in the closet at the time. Cam is in charge of the emergency room in Auckland Med. He is a force to reckon with. He is smart and so brave! They had to fight their feelings and other people surrounding them in order for their love story to shine, endure and be true! But amidst all these, they never stood a chance even with all the obstacles in the way, because they were meant to be!

You are Cordially Invited begins three years after their love story began. They are still being hounded by the media, but this time for all the details of their wedding. They have had to reschedule it because of many reasons, like Reuben’s schedule that involves trips and trainings. As we know, Cory has been officially adopted by Reuben with his brother’s, Craig, approval of course. They now have their own house with ample room and a backyard that allows Cory to play safely and away from the eyes of the media.

Life as we know it never plays fair. With all the chaos in preparing for “D Day,” additional challenges will surely crop up. I mean, this is Cam and Reuben, right? They can overcome anything. There was a moment there where I honestly believed that things will be changed forever, I literally had to stop reading for a while to take a breather and mentally prepare myself for what will come next. Then sometimes you might think that pure sassiness, trust and love will not be enough to solve all of it. But it is, more than enough actually! If you have the love of someone who totally trusts you, and there is no problem with communication, anything can be overcome, anything!

Their love story was epic! Their wedding is going to be more than epic! It will be a testament on how lucky they both are for having found each other and being able to live the life others may never be able to. How lucky they are for being surrounded by people who truly love them!

Ms. Hogan, your books are amazing and I honestly can’t wait to read what is next! Congratulations!
